“My cat got lost a day before the hurricane was to hit and needed a USDA AWA Health Veterinarian Certification in order to be flown home. The were able make an appointment the next day and examine her for the Certification, plus updated vaccinations since she was 3 months overdue.
In and out in know time and an affordable cost. I’d highly recommend them in the future, 5 Star service all the way.

“I was referred to Midway for an emergency visit for my rabbit Frankin who was in gastric stasis. The staff were efficient and caring, keeping me informed the entire time. Dr. Moore sat on the floor and examined Franklin while holding him in his lap. Very caring staff that put owners at ease. I highly recommend especially if you own an exotic pet (not cat or dog) because it is very hard to find vet practices where all veterinarians see all types of pets.”

“Absolutely just love them! They know my dogs & treat them as one of their own. Doc asks lots of questions as she evaluates your pet to make sure all is good with your furbaby. Normally suggests several courses of action that can be taken in treating issue. I love that she does this. Start with a simple cheaper solution to try & see if it works. If, not then we can do this, unless you want to do XYZ right away. I like that she doesnt push big expensive treatment as if that is the only way. The ladies at the front/assistants are rockstars! Cant say enough good things about Family Vet Center, DrJones & staff! Thank you for all you do & taking care of my Chewy & Whiskey...& me ?”
“Dr Hayden hands down is the best vet—our puppy only likes going to her and she even did an exam on the floor because of our 4 month puppy’s anxiety. Incredible!
Update: just had an emergency with our puppy and the vet was able to fit us in within 30 mins. Seriously, the best care and my puppy was treated right away. Can’t thank the team enough and that’s why we are clients ❤️”
“They are amazing and you can tell that they actually care! They took the time to help get my dog comfortable as she is still young and a rescue so is quite timid. It is clear that they care about your animal and go over all options with you. The vets will spend time answering all your questions and don't make you feel rushed. The entire staff was great and greeted my dog with excitement the moment we walked through the door! Highly recommend. I will be using them for both my dogs going forward.”

They were careful in telling me facts and gently advising me so I didn't misunderstand how serious the situation was and how to save my sweet girl from suffering . “Dr. Porter is the vet I trust the most. He always takes care of my babies and goes out of his way to help you understand your options, good and bad. He has tons of experience and knowledge, and genuinely cares about all of his patients (animal and human alike).”
“Although a little pricey, I absolutely recommend vca pet hospital. I couldn't afford everything that my boy needed to have done but they worked with me and my first visit was free except for 10 bucks I paid for a collar. The second visit they gave me free meds for my boy and kept the cost as low as possible. The vet I saw was so nice and I could tell she really thought about what was best for my boy and that she genuinely cared about his well being. His prognosis wasn't looking good at all and I could tell it pained her to tell me so. Unfortunately my boy had cancer and I had to say goodbye to him. Vca sent me a lovely card that everyone signed with their condolences that I'll keep with my boys things. With everything said, I would rather pay a little extra to know my boy was truly taking care of and cared for as if he was one of theirs then to go somewhere else just because it was cheaper. Everyone there was super friendly and when I called I was able to get an appt right away, the same day which was very much needed so I definitely appreciated that. They all were very gentle and caring of my boy in his last days. Thank you vca Brentwood staff for taking such good care of my LoverBoy.”

“Dr shields is amazing with crazy, but sweet bull terrier pup, RJ! She is so patient, very knowledgable, and I do not trust anyone else with my baby! She is very quick to email me results and provide a follow up phone call, which I appreciate her taking time out of her day to personally call me! The girls at the front are very quick to respond to medication refills. I do miss the later appt times and the saturday appts options. But overall, Dr Shields is amazing!!”

Heather, the vet tech, embraced Schatzie as if she were her own dog. The love and patience given to my pet during our appointment was outstanding! Heather even brought in a jar of peanut butter and offered Schatzie a few spoonfuls!
