“We have just started going to Hickory Veterinary Hospital with our pups. One is just a year old and the other two 11 and 13 years old.
We saw Dr. Redding. He took care of our 1 year old and our 11 year old pup so far. He is probably the best Vet we have ever dealt with, with the exception of one other at another hospital. Dr. Redding and his staff impressed us with their handling of our pups and his expertise in treating them. He takes time with you explaining his decisions and takes time with the pups. He doesn't do things that aren't necessary to drive up cost. Very professional. We had been looking for a good vet for a while now. We actually travel 23 miles to bring our pups here. That should speak volumes of the Dr's and Staff. Hope to have a long vet relationship with the Dr and staff here. Take you pups there; you won't be disappointed.”
“Today I had to say goodbye to my boy, Bartholomew, and Dr. Starke and the staff who was were there today were amazing and very compassionate.
I work in animal rescue, so I’m used to the good and bad, but when it’s your own baby, it doesn’t hurt any less, no matter how used to it you are.

“Grateful for Coastal's ongoing compassionate care for Rose. Together, we've managed and rehabbed thin soles, incorporated chiropractic care and acupuncture, navigated IR diagnosis and rehab following a bout of laminitis, abscess diagnosis and treatment (while rehabbing from laminitis!), medication management, weight management and most recently ongoing care of a moderate eye injury. It's nice to know your gal is in good hands throughout these pony adventures.”
“Absolutely just love them! They know my dogs & treat them as one of their own. Doc asks lots of questions as she evaluates your pet to make sure all is good with your furbaby. Normally suggests several courses of action that can be taken in treating issue. I love that she does this. Start with a simple cheaper solution to try & see if it works. If, not then we can do this, unless you want to do XYZ right away. I like that she doesnt push big expensive treatment as if that is the only way. The ladies at the front/assistants are rockstars! Cant say enough good things about Family Vet Center, DrJones & staff! Thank you for all you do & taking care of my Chewy & Whiskey...& me ?”

“I have 3 Newfoundlands and 1 has had medical problems her whole life. The staff is unbelievable when it comes to treating your pet as their own. Big dogs come with big cost however I find this clinic to have the best prices when caring for your pets. I will always recommend this clinic to everyone!!! Love all the staff!!”
“I absolutely love Highlands Veterinary Center, especially Dr. Hood. I met Dr. Hood at an emergency vet clinic a couple years ago. I knew right away that she would be my forever vet! She is caring, knowledgeable, and understanding. Dr. Hood always takes her time with us during appointments and is always available for emails. She's the best vet I've ever had. My little girl, Daisy, was paralyzed, and she directed me to the right place for her care and complete rehabilitation! Now Daisy has a little brother named Leroy and he is so loved and well taken care of. The office staff is phenomenal! Leroy is totally in love with Ronda. She is amazing and offers the best customer service! I'm so thankful to have found Dr. Hood and her team. In case you couldn't tell, I highly recommend this practice to everyone who wants excellent care for their pet{s}!”
“Doctor Mitchell Has saved my Rottie Nala twice now. He is very intelligent and knowledgeable and will sit with you and go over things in detail so you understand, his staff is very friendly and kind. He will get you right in for an emergency and I thank God he has helped my Nala. Now I can spend more time with her being that she's almost 9 years old! Thanks Doctor Mitchell!!

“I've taken my kitty to 3 different vets in the VB area. This is definitely the best we've been to. She was comfortable exploring the room, the staff was nice and not pushy to her. They let me in the room to talk her through everything but brought her back to get her vaccines etc. She's spicy so I'm surprised they got her vaccines while she was awake without me holding her down. We put her to sleep to check out additional issues. I never had any questions along the way because they thoroughly explained everything. I never felt guilted that I have a spicy girl. I can order my prescription food through Chewy without needing additional documentation. I can also tell that they care for animals, even through to the front desk ladies. Overall 10/10, I'm excited to bring my crazy German Shepherd pup in :)”
“Dr. Porter is the vet I trust the most. He always takes care of my babies and goes out of his way to help you understand your options, good and bad. He has tons of experience and knowledge, and genuinely cares about all of his patients (animal and human alike).”
“Although a little pricey, I absolutely recommend vca pet hospital. I couldn't afford everything that my boy needed to have done but they worked with me and my first visit was free except for 10 bucks I paid for a collar. The second visit they gave me free meds for my boy and kept the cost as low as possible. The vet I saw was so nice and I could tell she really thought about what was best for my boy and that she genuinely cared about his well being. His prognosis wasn't looking good at all and I could tell it pained her to tell me so. Unfortunately my boy had cancer and I had to say goodbye to him. Vca sent me a lovely card that everyone signed with their condolences that I'll keep with my boys things. With everything said, I would rather pay a little extra to know my boy was truly taking care of and cared for as if he was one of theirs then to go somewhere else just because it was cheaper. Everyone there was super friendly and when I called I was able to get an appt right away, the same day which was very much needed so I definitely appreciated that. They all were very gentle and caring of my boy in his last days. Thank you vca Brentwood staff for taking such good care of my LoverBoy.”

“From the initial phone call to the end at check out, the staff was AMAZING! Marley was great with everyone as he always is a good boy. He had his anal glands expressed, but had also developed an infection…not bad though. Dr Cachero and her Techs are the BEST team I have had the pleasure of meeting and taking optimal care of my Marley. I came in concerned and left relieved and blessed to have encountered such attention, care and love from all of them there. I will definitely, absolutely bring Marley there or make an appointment for all his care. Keep up the great work Centerville!! You guys are the heart and soul of veterinarians!!”

“Caring to both humans and our furbabies alike. This vet practice is a keeper. Everyone we've come in contact with from reception to the techs and including the vets have been kind and compassionate. They were able to schedule us in for a new patient urgent care (not emergency) visit and procedure. Having the option to wait in the car to minimize pet discomfort is such a simple but well thought option. Electronic signatures and document reviews are a plus. I absolutely recommend this practice, your pets will thank you!”
“I could not ask for better vet team. Jen is always there in anyway she can. Megan is awsome with our pets. Dr.minki is so many things to our family. We been with her 20 years. I think that's right. I will not let my pets see anyone but her. I even drove 17 hours. For her surgery on my pets. I got lucky when I found her and made her life time vet.”
