“I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service I received from Jerry S. today—and honestly, this level of customer service is why I keep coming back to this AutoZone.
Last night, I ran over a large tire on the highway, and it knocked the underbody shield (or splash guard) loose, leaving it hanging underneath my car. I stopped in expecting to simply buy a few push pins and bolts so my husband could fix it when I got home.
Instead, Jerry S. went completely above and beyond. He came outside to inspect the damage, took the time to find the correct size bolts and push pins, and then got down on the parking lot pavement and secured everything himself. He made sure the shield was properly fastened and that my vehicle was safe to drive without worrying about it coming loose or falling off.
His kindness, compassion, thoroughness and dedication to helping a customer were truly exceptional. It's rare to find someone so willing to go the extra mile without being asked. I left not only with my car safely repaired, but also incredibly grateful for the care and professionalism Jerry showed.

On 28 October 2024, I purchased a 2025 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT Trail Boss. I can't speak highly enough of both Toshi Days and Sean Hays. In my particular case, there were complications finding the truck I wanted with all the features I needed and in the color I wanted. Both Sean and Toshi went to work.
