“We went in from the back, it's an older building. We were greeted pretty quick. The gentleman who greeted us is an older fellow with graying hair. We told him we were looking for a bedroom suit for our son. So he walked us into the other room and he had some sleigh bed sets along the wall. He said I'll tell you what if you buy the suit I'll sell you the mattress set at half off. I said I like that deal, thank you. If you need anything get with Dale he is a gracious person looking to help however he can.”

“Just had the pleasure of Tech visit from To y with CLE. What a wealth of knowledge. Had a great consultation after the diagnosis to let me know my options and gain a good understanding of what my issue was. Super punctual, genuine, and great attitude. Very highly recommend requesting Tony!”

“I am writing to share my positive experience as a long-time customer of the Aarons in Colonial Heights, Virginia store. I noticed the store does not have a 5 star rating which it definitely deserves, as the service is consistently five-star. The entire team is awesome, but I want to especially recognize customer service agents John, Zach and Britney. Aarons provides idividuals and families on a tight budget, or with less-than-perfect credit, the valuable opportunity to lease to own. I highly recommend this location and team to others. Topflight, 5 Stars Easy! Best regards, Astrid & Family”

“All our newest appliances have come from here. Dishwasher was the latest. We also have a stove, microwave and refrigerator from here. Next will be washer and dryer in a few years. Great service, freindly staff. They even un-installed the old one, installed the new and took the old to the dump. Couldn't ask for more... Oh and this was on Christmas Eve. And it ran flawlessly on first use.”

“I normally see pretty mediocre reviews when it comes to Home Depots. Comments and reviews range from unhelpful staff to knowing more than the staff and lack of inventory. But I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this Home Depot. All of the above were untrue. One staff (I'm sorry I cant remember his name) helped me the entire time. He could have just pawned me off to another employee, but he took pride in knowing he can get me an answer or piece of equipmenr despite not being from that particular part of the store. I was just really impressed by that work ethic and his willingness to help. So thank you for that.”

“As soon as you walk in there is a staff member ready to assist you. Even though they didn't have what I needed the staff suggested other place close in the area where I could purchase what I was looking for.”
