“Had a great experience with Md at American Freight. Our Dryer died, and we were price shopping. They didn't have any that were close to what we could pay. He told me he would call the next day that there were some dryers coming in in the range we were looking for. As soon as the dryers came in, Md called. I went by after work, paid for the dryer, and it's being delivered tomorrow! Totally painless experience! I'll be back if other appliances kick the bucket.”

We met a dear lady named Linda Reynolds who was very patient with us..believe me this is the place to come if you want honest and fair treatment. “My GE dryer 2 yrs old will not heat dry the clothing on one cycle. My daughter and I disassembled, troubled shot and cleaned the unit.. i could not find the parts needed in my area so i end up trying by my job in Upper Malboro. THE PARTS dept got me in touch with the RICHMOND VA store and service from start to transfer to mail and ship was excellent. Will referrer and order again if need be , thank you.”

The office manager set clear expectations and the she and the technicians exceeded all of my expectations. They were prompt, courteous professional and extremely knowledgeable . We were greeted enthusiastically as soon as we walked in but were left to roam around and shop without any hard sales tactics, which I appreciated. When we were ready for help, Arthur was quick to answer all our questions and check us out. I’m not sure how the furniture will hold up over time but there were lots of affordable options for furnishing an apartment for a young couple starting out. I would definitely recommend.”

“We received excellent service from Pauline at the customer service desk. There was no one working appliances so we had to place an order with the customer service desk. Then we found out the Home Depot system couldn't accommodate using both gift cards and a promotional code, so after the purchase Pauline called the bank on our behalf to ask them to apply our promotional code for special financing. She was very transparent about the limitations of the system and was still persistent to make a great deal happen for us. Thank you so much Pauline!”
