“Little Appliance delivers old school service at its best!!! I had the most amazing experience ordering a speed queen washer-from sales to delivery, it was PERFECT!! Amanda (sales) helped me arrange everything over the phone & she was kind, patient & knowledgeable! I got a call to confirm my delivery date & Dave & Brian delivered to me within that timeframe! They both work for the company, so MUCH BETTER than a 3rd party delivery service. Both of these guys were AMAZING~Friendly & knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. I never felt rushed!! They were very careful & respectful of my property as well! I highly recommend this store for any appliance you may need.”

“I constantly forget that Richmond has some wonderful stores like Trible’s, Smith Turf Irrigation, etc. where you can get hard to find or items not available in regular big box hardware stores. On this latest DIY project to replace my refrigerator motherboard, I ordered on Amazon, received the product four days later and got a used board instead of the new one I ordered. I have bought parts from Trible’s in the past, but unsure why it didn’t pop in my head to call them prior to going through the Amazon drama?? I called, they checked, had one in Baltimore, ordered and got it shipped to the store the next day for a price cheaper than Amazon! ?
I know my first stop the next time I need an appliance part.
For the person who wrote a review mentioning the lack of employee enthusiasm, give them a break. Not the sexiest, exciting job out there and their antiquated software makes everything a little more complex and tedious.

“Been owner/manager of my food service business for 38 years. Called them a year ago to fix my convection oven. The problem was complex but their technician, Brian, was vigilant. He had to return to isolate and fix the issue but by working with Lori at the office (a field tech of many years experience) they found the issue and solved the problem.
Now a year later my oven still rolls perfectly.
We are a well established Restaurant/Caterer using our kitchens everyday, We rely on our equipment and our equipment relies on great techs to keep them performing at their best.
