“I never write reviews, but I needed to write a review about a phenomenal experience I had in the blinds department with Merrick. As someone who has worked in retail service and retail management for many years in my past, I know how rare and hard it is to find employees who are dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. I had quite the dilemma and issue with some blinds, and Merrick was one of the most helpful employees I have ever encountered. You can tell by first interaction with him that he genuinely cares about serving and helping people. Not only is he immensely educated and knowledgeable about his department, but his skill and precision to his craft is phenomenal. He treated me and my father like long-time friends upon first interaction. You could feel how much he wanted to assist and help us in or situation. Keep in mind this was in the evening at the end of his shift as well. He is a phenomenal team member for this Home Depot location to have. I would strongly recommend this location to hang onto him.
Even after he was done serving us, he immediately rolled into the next set of customers who were also waiting for his assistance with the same level of service with a desire to help them as well.

“Always welcoming and knowledgeable. Have used them in the past ordering a stove that had a lot of placement issues in our kitchen. Loads of experience really made the process go smoothly. The showroom is a lot of fun to walk around in and imagine all of the dream kitchens you could have. Love that they've expanded from their original space. Great place for appliances!”
“I am writing to share my positive experience as a long-time customer of the Aarons in Colonial Heights, Virginia store. I noticed the store does not have a 5 star rating which it definitely deserves, as the service is consistently five-star.
The entire team is awesome, but I want to especially recognize customer service agents John, Zach and Britney.
Aarons provides idividuals and families on a tight budget, or with less-than-perfect credit, the valuable opportunity to lease to own.
I highly recommend this location and team to others.

“There was a problem with the dyson while dog sitting. I called Rick’s Sew & Vac City as a last resort because the others required so much money! Rick’s repaired the part in about 20 minutes! I cried with tears of Joy! Thanks so much Rick’s Sew & Vac City !! You’re amazing ? !!”
“Two thumbs up to Mike at the Pro Desk of Home Depot, Carmia Way, Midlothian, VA. Mike was easy to find, answered our questions, helped us load our door onto the cart, and helped us load our door into our truck. After visiting Lowe's first and searching the store but finding NO ONE even interested in helping us, it was refreshing to discover Mike at Home Depot. “Recently bought a house so I have been in this home depot far more times per week than I really expected to be in my adult life. I really underestimated how much of my budget now goes to spending 50$ at Home Depot 2-3 times a week.
Fantastic staff. I haven't run into any employees who haven't been kind, patient, and flexible with what I need to get my project done.
