“I normally see pretty mediocre reviews when it comes to Home Depots. Comments and reviews range from unhelpful staff to knowing more than the staff and lack of inventory. But I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this Home Depot. All of the above were untrue. One staff (I'm sorry I cant remember his name) helped me the entire time. He could have just pawned me off to another employee, but he took pride in knowing he can get me an answer or piece of equipmenr despite not being from that particular part of the store. I was just really impressed by that work ethic and his willingness to help. So thank you for that.”

“Ordered a part from Noland accidently mixed it up with Ferguson so I called Ferguson looking for my part. Of course they cant find my order because it never existed as I had ordered it from Noland. Without knowing the mistake was on my end the man I talked to got the part shipped to my house the very next day. I will now be getting all my plumbing needs at Ferguson. As they offered amazing customer service when I wasn't even a customer.”

“I like the fact that I can pick up my Amazon order there. I didn't have to wait days to pick it up. The customer service guy really seemed like he was bogged down with a lot of stuff on his mind. Lord bless his heart you never know what people are going. We really have to give each other grace.
