“I just wanted to take a minute to show some real love to the team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Chester. My stay was honestly way smoother than I expected, and that’s thanks to the people at the front desk.
First, Jason — bro was on point from the moment I walked in. Super welcoming, professional, and just has that calm energy that makes you feel taken care of. He made check-in quick and easy, answered every question without making it feel like a bother, and kept the vibe positive the whole time.
And to the night audit Tjaye you were amazing too. Your patience, your kindness, and the way you handled everything late at night really stood out. Not everybody working overnights keeps that level of energy and understanding, but you definitely did.
Overall, the staff made the stay feel comfortable, safe, and appreciated. That’s rare these days. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area. ???”

“I decided to get a room for the week due to incoming winter storm. I booked a double for my father and myself. The room was clean, comfortable and the building and grounds are clean as well. Shameesha is awesome and I apologize if I misspelled your name Meesha. Everything has been comfortable and convenient. I will definitely stay again if the need arises. Thanks for being here.”
“This was such a great stay on so many levels. There is food in walking distance, plenty of parking, very clean hotel and the staff was very kind. I was there during a wedding and an AAU bball tournament at check in and still and enjoyed my stay.. I like quiet lol.. so I was nervous at first! But it actually turned out really great to see the wedding goers and the bball players energy. I still got my work done and still had peace and quiet when I needed it.”

“The room and property was nice. The gentleman that checked us in was helpful, and the housekeepers were helpful. The staff downstairs at the desk were so engrossed in their conversation that they didn't even speak or see if anyone at breakfast needed anything. I'm very low maintenance, but every guest deserves at least a hello.”

“I Was worried because of it was last minute booked and late at night. Glad I did!And biggest things was accept pet friendly rooms availability.Actually night guy -Bobby was so helpfully and very polite to taken care of us,Thanks for your housekeeping services and management.Was surprised that there was breakfast. It was milk, cereal, bread, bagels , danish and muffins with coffee and juices. It was so good in the morning.Rooms were super clean and a great size.I like front office in the morning views outside entrance was so great positivity located.Couldn't find any issues like the negative reviews were saying.Thanks redroof inn management team.Rooms: Very clean and very spacious sizeSafety: Very safe place with family and my little puppyWalkability: Nice location, front automotive door love it.Food & drinks: Was so great with woke up coffee and heavy breakfast ?”

“You really have to pay attention to find it. While the Hampton Inn sign is on the corner where you turn, it is actually behind the giant Comfort Inn in a quiet cul-de-sac. The room was great. The staff was courteous and professional. The breakfast was good as well. I would not recommend if traveling with children (No Pool, Gameroom, etc.). But for couples or business travelers, it is quite nice.”
