“My boyfriend and I had the sweetest stay at this hotel! We loved our cozy garden room, it was the perfect spot to unwind. The only thing we needed was a fridge, but that was a minor hiccup. The real highlight was meeting Will at the bar/restaurant - he's a treasure! He gave us fantastic recommendations for exploring VA, since we're actually considering moving here ?. Overall, our night was absolutely delightful and we'd definitely come back!”

“I stayed at the Quirk Hotel recently for a staycation, and I couldn't have chosen a better place! The staff was incredibly friendly, and very helpful with handling my bags. The rooms themselves are just as gorgeous as the lobby. The artwork located in the gallery and around the hotel are breathtaking, and are all done by local artists! The room was very comfortable, and we got to end the night by enjoying the Rooftop bar. I will definitely be recommending Quirk to all my fellow colleagues and friends.”

“I love this hotel! I haven't even checked out yet & I'm already typing my review, while enjoying my glass of red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon), lol :) The establishment is clean, fresh, & modern. The staff is always friendly & helpful. The food at Fork & Vine (F&V) restaurant is delicious! They serve American / Casual food items. I got the Pan-Seared Salmon & added a Crab Cake with it. The dish also comes with Sauteed Spinach with Grape Tomatoes & Mashed Potatoes. I tried their Tomato & Roasted Pepper Bisque Soup with Basil & Croutons. I ordered their Old Bay Wings with Smoked Paprika, Carrots & Celery, & Blue Cheese Dip (Instead of Ranch, which comes default). & I ordered a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon (As mentioned above :p ) Every time I stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Richmond hotel, the staff always thank me for being a Gold Elite Marriott Bonvoy Member and presents me with my complimentary water and snacks. I travel 2 hours from my home to get here and the acknowledgement of my Marriott Bonvoy status, the friendliness of the staff, and the amenities may seem simple to some, but it means more to me. Bunny at the Front Desk & Tango & Delmar at Fork & Vine made my 4 nights stay memorable, so far. I gave a 4 Star for the Room, because my door is jammed / stuck. I'm thinking it's from the weather? The humidity may have a part in it. I had to really push / kick the door to get it open. I did notify the Front Desk so they can communicate the issue with their Engineer department. I gave Service, Location, and the Overall Rating 5 Stars, because I really do enjoy this hotel. I enjoyed my stay, minus a few hiccups that can be fixed. During departure day, I had some room issues & Gia at the Front Desk was very helpful. She even offered me some Marriottt Bonvoy points for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated. I stopped by Fork & Vine to try their breakfast & I wasn't disappointed. I ordered their Classic Breakfast Scrambler, Oatmeal, OJ, & Coffee. Sandra at Fork & Vine is super nice & accommodating. I was having a bad morning & Sandra made sure I was taken care of. Thank You to all!!!”

“My mother and I stayed at this hotel on our way up to the NE, and we enjoyed it so much that we stayed here again on the way back. Cliff, at valet, was extremely helpful and kind. After a long day of driving and a last minute booking, he made us feel as though this was going to be a good stay - and we hadn't even made it inside. Then we met Noah at the front desk who was incredible. He was patient and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. It was a joy to hear him answer the phone when we went to book our second stay on our trip back home. The room we stayed in was updated and clean, and had plenty of character. The floor to ceiling windows looking down onto the cobblestone road was a huge plus. The bathroom was clean. The room was quiet and relaxing. I will say that the restaurant on the first floor needs some help. While the staff was kind and the restaurant itself looked pretty put together, skip the coffee and the pancakes. Overall, will absolutely be staying here again in the future.”

“This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room had so many amenities in the kitchenette including a dishwasher, garbage disposal and full size fridge, all looked brand new. The room could have been a bit cleaner, but nothing was unsanitary. Where this hotel really shone was the staff. Everyone was very sweet and friendly. George who checked me in carried up my luggage since the elevator was out of order. Denise who checked me out was also extremely kind as well. I would definitely stay again.”

“I had a nice experience from the moment I entered and went to the front desk. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee who name I failed to get. She not only helped with room reservation but I was having car problems and she introduced me to Jerry the maintenance guy on two days part time to help assist me with my vehicle problems. Jerry was more than helpful he provided me with a personal escort to a shop who knew some mechanics right by hotel. Unfortunately it was a dealership issue so had to take to Haley airport Buick dealer who were wonderful as well. I found the rooms very clean and clean sheets. I really enjoyed my stay here and everybody was very helpful and friendly.”

“I stayed here over 4th of July weekend, and my stay did not disappoint! While I initially had low expectations due to reviews I read before my stay, I was happily surprised! My boyfriend and I shared a King non-smoking room, and had plenty of room to spread out. The room was overall cleanly, and housekeeping checked in frequently over our 4 day stay. The location is ideal, with every food option I could want in a short distance (less than 2 miles away). This inn was a perfect place to escape the blistering heat that was lingering, giving a perfect reason to cuddle up in bed all weekend with the air conditioning! I plan on returning very soon, and hope my next stay is just as good as my first!”

“The 1st night we stayed it was 89.00 the 2nd nite 96.00 the 3rd note they wanted 113.00 how are they getting away with this? The TV was all messed up and burnt holes all over the bed spread also. “Great location rooms where are clean. Ned comfortable pull out couch not so much with a very thin padding but it is a sofa bed can't expect full comfort. Breakfast could be better. Got 2 Oranges that were bad. Got the first one and it was bad went for the 2nd one and bad as well just didn't do the 3rd time. Fruit salad was OK, sausage a bit under cooked due to how fast they were bringing it out to keep up its the crowd. The waffle station is always good but everyone was waiting in line. Otherwise I went mainly to sleep and the breakfast was a plus.”
