“The office manager, Tammy, runs a tight ship along with her assistant manager, Wendy. The office hours are convenient and both ladies are pleasant to work with and always a welcoming atmosphere. Lots of fun activities too.The storage facility is kept immaculate. They offer non climate and climate controlled spaces with lighting and nearby external electricity for tenants use. They've expanded and are offering some good pricing promotions. Stop in and see Tammy and Wendy. You'll appreciate the fantastic customer service experience.”

While I cannot speak for all of Hilldrup, Holly, Duane, and Rocky were the most professional team I’ve ever worked with (and I’ve relocated 9 times in 15 years). They packed my entire house up I. 4 hours (4800+) square feet and were caring, kind, and considerate. So far I have not had a better relo experience. I had an issue boarding my dog and they even loved on my lab which made him happy. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.”

Because of this I was able to perfectly coordinate with the seller on pick up at their residence and deliver to my home 35 minutes away.They took care of the piano with wrapping, securing, and unloading. He then called the day before (on a Sunday!) to confirm day and time. The crew was on time, experienced and professional. They wrapped and taped everything and moved us with no damage. (Covered stairway walls & railings, covered hardwood floors , and wrapped/padded all furniture to name a few .)They were quick and efficient! They did NOT take a million breaks and completed the job without complaint. They all were very customer friendly and really show pride in what they do!! Hard to find this quality of work these days. Not to forget to mention, that NOTHING was damaged or broken when they were done!! He made specific notes on items that required special packing/crating. We also loved that this was a point-to-point service; meaning that our belongings were packed on the truck and that truck drove from our old address to our new address (in a different state). “For line haul, this is RIC. Dispatch will send you a message on where to place the trailers during the week. Any relays should go at the other end of the dock from where you enter. Leave sets with the same terminal hooked. The office is in the middle of the dock and can be reached by a ramp. Bathrooms are across from the office, down a short flight of stairs. During the weekend, RIC freight goes in the doors. There is fuel and a scale here.”

“It is a pleasure to write this review. We decided to move closer to our youngest grandson who reside with his parents near Chattanooga, TN. We called several companies including our last carrier that moved us twice. This time they were far more expensive and had a take it or leave it attitude.Meanwhile the Wayforth rep came and carefully surveyed our entire home and quoted a very equitable price which we accepted. While we self packed some important personal item, we made the decision to have their team conduct the majority of household items. The lead person, Phyllis Spencer, swept in with a very accomplished team who did the whole home in two days. On the third day, Lavert and his team came in and loaded out the trucks (two as we had so much). We moved ahead of them and after the weekend, the furniture was brought to our home. The offload took a mere 3 and 1/2 hours to drop including a set up of our bed.Important note here, Walter, the general manager, came in several times to talk and see if we had any issues. Never had that happen in ANY prior move over the years and, believe me, we were like gypsies for a while.All in all, I had no damages to any items. Packing was superb, the staff was polite and kind. While we likely will not be moving in the future (Current age 81) xcpt to a retirement home or the cemetery, there is no doubt that this company is over the top. I just can't say enough good things about this company. Give them a call. You will not be disappointed in their service.”
