Chris (the owner) is kind and knowledgeable, and the staff is incredibly friendly. We just adore Judy at the front desk. They have never treated me like anything less than family, and their pharmacist Maria drove a prescription to my house on her own time when I was bedridden with Covid. No big name pharmacy would ever do that. I highly recommend them!”

“Just did Kroger pickup. Half of my order was missing and the original person who brought it to my car seemed super annoyed that I asked to check through things then left super fast before I could even talk about everything that was missing. A few moments later another Kroger employee came out to give someone else their order and came to speak with me. His name was Colin and he was AMAZING! Very kind, very polite and made sure I had all my items and completely made up for the shortcoming of his coworker. I was VERY impressed with him!”

“I chose the CVS located inside Target in Chester, VA because of the exceptional staff. I originally switched to CVS a few years ago when my insurance changed, and unfortunately, my previous pharmacy could no longer accept it. My initial experience with the standalone CVS next to Target was very negative. Often the staff were unhelpful and interactions felt dismissive.
In contrast, the team at the CVS inside Target has been outstanding. The staff consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Just this week, a younger male staff member (I regret forgetting his name, but I believe he may be a college student) went out of his way on multiple occasions to ensure my needs were met. The pharmacist on duty was also incredibly helpful, and even the new employee at checkout provided a positive, welcoming interaction.
This team truly stands out for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer care. They have made a significant difference in my experience, and I believe they deserve recognition, and even RAISES, for the quality service they provide.”
“Since they took away the Shell station at the corner of route 10 and route 1 Kroger is the only place in the area I can use my Kroger points for fuel. Not much to say about the fuel center most of the time most of the pumps work the few times I've had to go to the attendant they have been pleasant and helpful. I do like that they have lots of things that you can grab and go like drinks and snacks and various fluids and additives for your car.”

“So, they were super dependable. They went through a period where my medications were somehow taken off automatically refilling. It was a booger getting refills for a time and not getting an immediate option to speak with a actual HUMAN on calls to pharmacy is a pain. But I feel like they are recovering from whatever was going on. I have been with the same pharmacist for years and I trust her and Kroger. I work for another store and still come here. ?”

Even when they're super busy she's friendly and professional. Walmart should give her a raise!”

“The Rite Aid on Weir Place is like a neighborhood drug store! The staff is always available, and I am always impressed with the acknowledgement of our pharmacist staff! I started with Rite Aid in Bermuda Square and stayed with you to the new location! Thank you for always being here for us! The Waller Family”
