“Everything was awesome except for raising rates. ? The facility was kept clean, I felt very safe, easy access for moving in and out, etc. Front office was very helpful when I had questions and I’d return if the need arose!”

“The manager Steve is the kindest person I’ve ever dealt with in corporate business. Although I wish the facility was an indoor facility, I appreciate the pricing and the people.”

“This is a very clean and by the looks of it a well run storage facility. We met a guy who was selling an item there. DO NOT RELY on Google maps for the entrance! It will take you 100 yards past the entrance, so just beware if travelling there using maps. Other than that it was a nice place. Automatic gates and inside and outside storage facilities.”

“Finally found a site that let's me set everything up online. I just had to pop into the office to copy my ID, then on to my unit. No problems at all. Edit: YSK that if you set up the storage 2 days before the end of the month, it will look like you don't get the second month at half off. The computer only automatically does two payments. They have to manually enter the discount for the second month. So if something screws up, just call, and they will fix it.”

7700 Advantage Storage Dr, Chester VA 23831
“Love this place, staff is friendly, you get a one time waiver every 12 months for a late fee. Storage is good. Always clean, and always feel like I can come here and not be judged for why I came in to pay with card instead of online.”

“Joe was my initial contact. He listened to what was needed and found a storage spot that would soon open up and started the process to ensure we could rent it. Very happy with everyone at this facility.”

“Chesterfield Mini Storage has been absolutely fantastic to work with. Barry, the manager, goes above and beyond and is always professional, courteous, and proactive. Anytime there’s been a payment question or minor issue, he’s called me directly to make sure it’s handled smoothly so I never experience any inconvenience or hardship. The facility itself is clean, secure, and very well maintained, but what truly sets this place apart is the customer service. I currently have 21 storage units across Chesterfield County, and this is hands-down the best one — purely because of the superior customer relationship Barry provides. Anyone can sell a storage unit, but not everyone can keep customers. Barry does exactly that. I would recommend Chesterfield Mini Storage without hesitation. 10/10.”
