“I had the best experience today!The Owner was so kind and helpful.I had made my own wedding inventions and really just needed them printed off as a 5x7!I had gone to Office Depot to get these simple inventions printed.I was told because I made these inventions I need to go back and make the file for a 5x7. Instead of them helping me and just blowing up the image. They told me to go online and upload image etc. It was just a lot of confusion just to make a simple invention a different size.As everyone knows when it comes to a wedding it can be very stressful. The owner of Wilson Graphics was she happy to help me and within the matter of 15 mins my wedding inventions were resized and printed with the RSVP cards! I'm so happy with the way they turned out. I will be returning for all of my printing needs.”

“I went in to do a ton of printing which was a little complicated and Holly was amazing. She took so much time to help me get everything right. I even tried contacting fedex directly to let them know how wonderful she was but couldn’t get an agent to assist. Wish the headquarters was as helpful was their staff member Holly at this location.”

“This is my favorite store. The manager himself completed my print order expediently. He is always helpful. I go there often because I do not have a printer at home.I use the copy machines, send packages, order office supplies. The Linder Chocolates at the register always “ call my name.”
The employees there are professional , competent and patient. I am an older person .My technology skills are limited. Therefore I do not use the self service option.I usually need help.
The location is very busy. Sometimes there is a wait if there are 10 or 12 customers in the store needing different services. The weight is a reasonable period of time”

“The plaque I ordered looks great. The quality of the piece shows that the shop cares about producing well-made work. There was a bit of a bobble in the communication of when the piece would be ready. I was told 5-7 business days, and I called on the 7th day to find out when I could pick up the plaque. They then said it would be an additional 3 days. I explained that the new timeline would not work. They finished in 2 additional days instead. The people working inside were polite and nice. I spoke with the owner after I picked up my plaque, and we covered both the high quality of the work and the mistakes in communication. The issue was resolved, but there was additional stress for me that should not have happened.”
