“I love metro I love the service but the lady with the glasses on was very unprofessional she didn't even look at my account I tried to explain my situation I was trying to get a phone she kept on telling me the phones not free I still had to pay for it and told me I couldn't add a line told me I had to wait a year for metro flex I was in a emergency situation. But she grab her phone walked off. I have been with the same service for 10 years never had a problem. Buy it's ok cause I found a way to switch my number to my old phone. I like that they have a subway and an Aunty Anne's pretzel. The lines are usually long with only a few cashiers working, so I always end up going to self checkout.”
