“OUR SALESMAN CJ GAVE THE BEST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN A PHONE STORE OR ANY TYPE STORE MATTER OF FACT. WOULD GIVE A 10 BUT NOT ENOUGH STARS.WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE PLAN HE SET US UP WITH. “Cindy at Verizon did not simply help us upgrade a phone. She guided us through a full-scale technological rebirth.
We walked in as ordinary civilians with an aging phone and vague intentions. We walked out with an upgrade, a case, a screen protector, and the unshakable confidence of people who had just completed a successful NASA mission.
Cindy was knowledgeable, hilarious, patient, and somehow managed to explain everything without making us feel like we had recently emerged from a cave. She handled the upgrade with surgical precision, selected the right protection like she was outfitting the phone for combat, and installed the screen protector so perfectly that I briefly questioned whether she had been trained by Swiss watchmakers.
At no point did we feel rushed, confused, pressured, or abandoned to wander the store holding a phone box and questioning our life choices.
Verizon, protect Cindy at all costs. Give her a raise, a cape, a reserved parking space, and possibly authority over the entire wireless industry.
Five stars are not enough. This was customer service worthy of a documentary, a commemorative plaque, and at least one national holiday.
10/10. Would trust Cindy with my phone, my data plan, and probably the succession plan for a small country.”

“I love metro I love the service but the lady with the glasses on was very unprofessional she didn't even look at my account I tried to explain my situation I was trying to get a phone she kept on telling me the phones not free I still had to pay for it and told me I couldn't add a line told me I had to wait a year for metro flex I was in a emergency situation. But she grab her phone walked off. I have been with the same service for 10 years never had a problem. Buy it's ok cause I found a way to switch my number to my old phone. “I often come to this Walmart when I am on this side of hull street. It's a bit run down and not as nice as the location in Hancock village. I like that they have a subway and an Aunty Anne's pretzel. The lines are usually long with only a few cashiers working, so I always end up going to self checkout.”

“I went in 8/8/26 to have my Galaxy Z Fold Ultra activated, and walked away with so much more! I got a free watch to go with it, and 2 free phones!!! I've been a customer with T-Mobile about 13 plus years now, and when I tell you, my sales rep Q was the best I've ever encountered thus far, and I mean that. He was knowledgeable, informational, and not only set up my phone, but he even convinced me to take advantage of the buy one phone line, get one free, so my kids are set up with their own phone lines. Then to top everything off, he also convinced me try to apply for their T-Mobile credit card even though I just knew it wouldbedenied, but I got approved!!! Talk about phenomenal customer service, just over and beyond!!! I truly felt appreciated as a loyal customer, and not just another number. Thank you Q, for all that you do, you are the best!
