I’ve been visiting the ReStore at Chesterfield Towne Center consistently for the past few weeks, and every single time, I’ve been warmly greeted by Michael. Whether it's a cheerful “Where have you been?” or “I haven’t seen you in a while,” his friendly and familiar energy makes walking through those doors such a joy. Even when I was just there the week before, he still made me feel like a valued guest.
Michael creates such a positive and inviting atmosphere—it truly transforms the shopping experience. As a realtor, I often look for creative giveaway items, and during one visit, I spotted some beautiful bottles that would be perfect. When I mentioned this to Michael, he didn’t hesitate. He said, “We’ve got a few more in the back,” and came out with not just a few, but eight boxes! When I asked if there were more, he smiled and said, “I got you,” and came back with the rest. Thanks to him, I was able to purchase them all—and left with a cart full of treasures and a heart full of gratitude.
Michael also remembered that I love gardening (how sweet) and kindly reminded me that the potato slips had arrived. I was so excited I practically ran to get them! His thoughtfulness and attentiveness go above and beyond.

“When I first started shopping at this store I did not have a good impression. Customer service was lacking. I made sure when I shopped I knew what I wanted got it and left. Didn’t ask any questions . Sometimes I needed to return items but would not because of the customer service. But lately it seems to be changing. The floor associates are helpful, they ask if you need help and they take their time with you. I want to give a shout out to Robert in plumbing!!! I have been in the store on two occasions and he has been more than helpful and very friendly.”
