“I had visited another Home Depot store to get stain samples for my fence. Unfortunately, the associate at that location was unable to find the correct tints in the computer. The next day, I went to the Chester location, expecting that I would get the same answer as the day prior. Albert was manning the paint counter by himself, and had several orders going at once. I thought I was going to have to explain what I was looking for, but Albert is a true professional! He knew exactly what I was asking for, and told me it would be ready in a few minutes. As I waited, I saw him completing orders for other customers, handing them their paint as they returned to the counter. He was clearly busy, but remained calm and friendly throughout! Very positive experience!!”

“We did an online order and the staff at the service counter was exceptional. We didn't know if the dishwasher was ready, but we knew it had arrived. Our customer service rep tracked it down and was able to get someone there to help us load up. Overall a pleasant experience, especially this close to Christmas.”

“This Lowe's is always super organized and the staff always asks if I need help which is rare. Found what I needed pretty quickly since I'm in here so much I know where to go. The only issues I ever have here are at checkout. Either there's not enough registers open or the self checkout is down or being weird. But even with that the staff does all they can so it doesn't kill the experience. Keep it up!”

“People make a difference. Hats off to Virginia and the team at Mall Drive!!! I’ve been coming to this location for several years (along with others) and the staff, quality of the stock/upkeep of the establishment and energy of the place is really spectacular right now. Between real estate investment work and volunteer work with a not-for-profit maintaining a multi acre property, my wife and I have saved our organizations very real dollars consistently over many projects. The team here has made it easier to find what I need if they have it (cool next to new lighting fixture for a fraction of cost? Check.) and had some genuine treasures I was never expecting to find (brand new in box bottle filling water fountain for a community pool that really needed to replace a broken one but had no budget to do it? Yeah. They had that too.). I am grateful to have them as part of our community in town and thrilled to support the greater mission they execute when they build homes for folks in need. Keep up the good work y’all!”
