“They have great selection of food ,Ann is the best employee they gave but she works only a few hrs a week, they should give her a raise! Tool selection is quite poor on the name brands, ive bought more from the reduced bins we spend about 1k and k and half a mo, we are there quite alot, but we have rabbits, chicken s , ducks, dom custom rats and they have food for 90%of it all the time. You can get it cheaper somewhere else but you wont have to go anywhere else!”

After visiting Lowe's first and searching the store but finding NO ONE even interested in helping us, it was refreshing to discover Mike at Home Depot. Deborah, you saved me from painting my whole wall when you successfully color matched my paint and I was able to cover up old swatches of paint on the wall. When the first person tried to color match it and failed, I was ready to just buy a whole new paint can to do the walls — but you saved me! My wall looks like it did before I messed it up 8 months ago.

“I finally have some time to send a BIG thank you to Michael at the retore in Chesterfield.

I’ve been visiting the ReStore at Chesterfield Towne Center consistently for the past few weeks, and every single time, I’ve been warmly greeted by Michael. Whether it's a cheerful “Where have you been?” or “I haven’t seen you in a while,” his friendly and familiar energy makes walking through those doors such a joy. Even when I was just there the week before, he still made me feel like a valued guest.

Michael creates such a positive and inviting atmosphere—it truly transforms the shopping experience. As a realtor, I often look for creative giveaway items, and during one visit, I spotted some beautiful bottles that would be perfect. When I mentioned this to Michael, he didn’t hesitate. He said, “We’ve got a few more in the back,” and came out with not just a few, but eight boxes! When I asked if there were more, he smiled and said, “I got you,” and came back with the rest. Thanks to him, I was able to purchase them all—and left with a cart full of treasures and a heart full of gratitude.

Michael also remembered that I love gardening (how sweet) and kindly reminded me that the potato slips had arrived. I was so excited I practically ran to get them! His thoughtfulness and attentiveness go above and beyond.

I honestly don’t know what I’d do if Michael wasn’t at the ReStore. He is the heart of that location—kind, gracious, and always ready to help. “When I first started shopping at this store I did not have a good impression. Customer service was lacking. I made sure when I shopped I knew what I wanted got it and left. Didn’t ask any questions . Sometimes I needed to return items but would not because of the customer service. But lately it seems to be changing. The floor associates are helpful, they ask if you need help and they take their time with you. I want to give a shout out to Robert in plumbing!!! I have been in the store on two occasions and he has been more than helpful and very friendly.”

“Picked up mulch today during the big sale along with many others. Cars were getting backed up. Enter Iesha. A petite, strong, friendly Lowes associate. She wasted no time picking up those bags of mulch and loading up our truck. She smiled and made quick work of those bags. Extremely impressed with her muscle but mostly with her get this done attitude. Lowe’s you better appreciate her. I know I do.”
