Lowe’s for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Richmond, VA Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. It is a typical box store, always better than Home Depot for service, good store layout, and easy in and out. The veterans discount is a very much appreciated consideration. People are the difference, with associates often described as top notch and very helpful. However, experiences can vary, with some reports of botched deliveries and management not assisting well. If they have what is needed in stock, customers are happy.
The entrance was confusing. The store was dirty for a Lowes.

Sales associates did all they could to help me find what I was looking for. If an associate didn't have an answer, they referred me to a more experienced sales associate. I was directed to all the products I needed. This was an enjoyable experience.
