Honestly, his prices were 65% cheaper than the two other big box stores and other mattress dealers in the area. Drew was personable and very helpful. He helped us find the best quality mattress for our needs. The best part about our transaction with Drew was the delivery. For a reasonable fee, our king mattress and box spring arrived four minutes after we arrived home. “We stopped at the Mattress Savvy booth at the Raleigh Home Show and spoke with Zane. We were already thinking about getting a split adjustable bed but hadn't narrowed anything down. Long story short, we bought a Tempur-pedic split King and entry-level adjustable base and a few accessories. Definitely not cheap but in line with everyone else and compared to other styles such as Sleep Number. My understanding was that the bed was to be delivered to us direct by Tempur-pedic. I got a call saying that our mattress was at the store and they would be delivering from the Richmond area to Raleigh. Our bases were out of stock so instead of having us wait for our bases to come in they gave us upgraded bases at the same price. Zane and his associate delivered and set up the bed and took away the old mattress. We like the Tempur-pedic after getting used to it and we definitely sleep better, but that's for another review. Our experience so far with Mattress Savvy has been good.”

“I'm currently trying to sleep on a Sleep Number bed, and am searching for a comfortable adjustable mattress. My old queen mattress was a double pillow top, which I had been unable to find untill I discovered the Mattress Factory.With a double sided mattress, you can flip the mattress over, and reduce wear and tear, and elongate the life of the mattress. They are also super comfy. When I bought the Kingsized Sleep number, I put the old queen bed in the guest bedroom. Every guest that has slept in there says that it is the most comfortable bed they have ever slept in.I love the fact that the mattress is manufactured right there onsight. Their prices are reasonable, and they carry the beloved dual pillow top in a King size.I'm looking forward to getting a good night's sleep again!The salesman was super friendly, and answered all of our questions. The store was nice, and they had a decent selection of beds.”

“Really like this place great price and clip coupons and never an issue with service. Laid out very well and can get in and out pretty fast. Also registers aren't normally backed up so that is also great. Much easier to shop here than Sams Club or Costco. Cancelled those memberships. And BJS has good gas prices as well”
