Due to age and arthritis, I decided to try a home vet to reduce the anxiety and stress to both him and myself. The staff have been wonderful helping me set up the appointment for my pet. Capital Home Veterinary Care have been communicative through each step of the process. They are quick to respond to calls and emails. The vet visit itself could not have gone smoother. My pet was comfortable around the team who performed the examination. My rabbit needed emergency care and they got him in same day and took the best care of him. “I love this vet! I drive 30 minutes from Midlothian just to take my dog here for the last few years. Everyone is so sweet and so accommodating. It’s never a long wait and the pricing is very reasonable. The service is really good and I am always in and out very quickly. My dog does not love the vet, which is understandable, but I feel like she’s always happier after a visit. Sam always takes really good care of my dog Tally and Dr. James is a sweetheart. I highly recommend them and this vet. They definitely care about the animals like they are their own.”

“My dog Nova sustained an injury while out and about and was in a lot of pain. Our regular vet did not have availability to see her, so I called here and they were able to get her seen within an hour and a half. The staff were helpful and showed Nova so much care and affection. Dr. Infantes was great about communicating his thoughts and desired approach, and they kept me informed throughout the whole process. They were upfront about costs, and I appreciated being able to have the required meds filled in-house instead of having to go to a pharmacy.”
