“Everything is fine except the setting area rotating swivel chairs hurt my back, I had lower back surgery February of last year. These chairs are very low and when trying to set the chairs go down even more about 6 inches, also swivel as setting I almost landed in the floor twisting my back to the extreme right. I believe these types of chairs need to be replaced before someone else gets hurt.(Thank you) Other than that the service was good, but expensive.”

“Very nice people to work with you. Always able to help when needed. This last time at the shop...I was pleasantly surprised that Nathan and Charlie Taylor, plus others I don't know their names....they took care of us like family. We had so much wrong with our car plus money was an issue too. They worked to get it fixed temporarily until funds can be reached fir the total care of our car. You don't expect a big business to work with you but they do here at Shelor Motormile. However don't expect to be treated good by them unless you are willing to be nice to them. Too many people get mad at mechanics for not fixing their vehicles under their(yours) rules. Being hateful, rude, etc...gets you no where with anyone. Kindness, understanding, patience, etc... goes along way if you allow yourself to be humble and kind. Try it some day...see what happens when your nice...things get done and you are happy with your results. Just my opinion on how if we put our good...we get good in return. Think about it.”

“Charlie and Everett who works the front counter did a great job of customer service. The 2 young men who loaded the transmission we bought were helpful in putting it in the back of the vehicle. However they neglected to put the the caps on and the oil leaked all over the back of the vehicle.”
“Excellent, exceptional help here today! Needed a new battery because discovered very bad corrosion on the battery terminals. Richard showed me my options for a battery, and worked very carefully to remove the old battery. Had to be super cautious with the connection that had acid drip down into the connection under the screw hole. Used a lot of WD-40 and patience to make sure that nothing would get stripped or broken. Even the hood latch was a little sticky and he WD-40 that as well. Wonderful experience! Highly recommend you get your parts there and any help you need.”
“Initially, there was a little confusion regarding the extended warranty on my parents 2018 Nissan Frontier. After voicing my concerns regarding the matter, Shelors responded and was immediately ready to find a solution. When we arrived, Jeremy (the location manager) greeted us right away and confidently said, “We can take care of this.” He took our keys and, in about 30 minutes, our front molding/cladding was completely fixed—no hassle, no issues at all.

Since I bought the Kia at Motor Mile, inspection was no-charge. Logan and the other staff are always pleasant and professional (and I enjoyed a mocha espresso drink in the lounge while I waited!).”
