The staff at this location was surprisingly helpful and very friendly. The wait time was a little long, but they were trying to do their best with quite a few customers during my visit

Excellent service she fixed my billing problem and just a matter of minutes. Too bad Xfinity AI customer service does not work. I spent three days dealing with Xfinity AI customer service without having a resolution. The store fixed it in just a matter of minutes.

Always severely understaffed and have to wait for 45 minutes and above. The service is good and then employees try their best, but only so much they can do.
