“I must be one of the lucky ones because my internet service is fast, reliable and only goes out occasionally. Generally, I get good help on the phone when needed. I had to take away one star only because my last appointment was scheduled for a Saturday between 8:00AM-12:00PM and nobody showed up. I called at 2:00PM asking where the tech is and they said they'd contact dispatch and let me know. Nobody called. I called back at 6pm and the place was closed. I waited around all day for someone to come and do what was a 15-minute modem swap.
The following Monday I was told, yeah, they had a tech call out. Ok fine, that happens. So, CALL ME. Let me know I don't need to hang around my house when I have things to do. Especially when I called first and requested an update.
Aside from that no complaints. But they lose a star in customer service.”

“Came by on a Saturday, despite them being really busy we were helped within a few minutes of coming in. Hard to find that at any phone store! Jay was so helpful and quick to get us taken care of. Other staff members were also very kind and welcoming. Great experience here every time we call or come by.”
