“I would not buy a wheelbarrow fro caw my vehicle was great till I put 9000 miles on it i changed the oil when it needed changed put the oil that it called for and filter and when done the motor started pecking bad I was told it was the motor bad because someone put thicker oil in it before I got it that is why it wasn't pecking when I got it i paid for 2 year or 24000 mile warranty and now they dont want to help me because I dont have a receipt from my oil change”

“I like the 2 year warranty that accompanies most of the repairs. They literally worked on 1 of my vehicles covered by the warranty on a previous repair, for a complicated and stubborn issue, for 3 full days and once fixed there was absolutely no charge. I’ve asked to have work performed on certain issues I thought were needed and they’ve come back with it wasn’t needed at this time. I trust them which is hard to find in the automotive repair industry.”

I called Jim and he was more than willing to fit me in immediately even though his shop was very busy at the time. I've had trouble in the Staunton area for the past several years having to "make appointments" and getting the run-around trying to get my vehicle inspected. I always feel like it's an inconvenience to some of these shops, but not here.I showed up today and was gone within an hour, went and got another car and had exactly the same experience the second time. No notice given or appointment made. Thoroughly inspected my vehicles and provided me with new stickers, with no extra BS.Seriously, it's worth the drive out of town to get actual good service.
