“Today, i was on the first leg of a drive for an important work meeting, with 3+hourt to go, my vehicle started making a vibrating noise, pulled over and identified the issue, but of course, no tools to fix it. Pulled into Fox Automotive and asked if there was any way I could get my vehicle looked at. Without hesitation, the gentleman working hopped in my car, verified the issue, and had it fixed in no time. While he was at it, he identified that I had lost some oil due to the quick oil change shop not replacing the dip stick correctly, and topped me off. He had ne back in the road in less than 30 minutes, which ABSOLUTELY saved my day. If you are headed to any other mechanic or service location, stop, turn around, go to Fox. I am so grateful for the help provided, and the extra attention taken to get be back on the road safely!”

I had an incredible experience with this tire service company that I will never forget. I was traveling from South Carolina to Pennsylvania when I ran into a serious issue with my front tires. I pulled in hoping for a miracle—but the shop was already closed for the day.
To my surprise and absolute gratitude, they actually reopened the shop just for me. They saw I was in a tough situation and didn’t hesitate to help. Within 15 minutes, they had both of my front tires changed and had me safely back on the road. Their speed, professionalism, and genuine kindness blew me away.
On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the fact that they stayed late just to take care of me. These are the kind of people you hope to meet when you’re far from home and in a bind—honest, hardworking, and truly compassionate.
They were an absolute godsend, and I cannot recommend them enough. If you ever need tire service—especially when it matters most—this is the team you want in your corner.”

“These guys are freaking AWESOME!!!!! I've known Royce for some time now and now that he's the manager there you can definitely see a turn around with this store. I've been skeptical of them in the past because of their forgetfulness but now Royce is making that store better. I've used them now with our business for VA tractor but also my personal vehicle too. I have a long trip coming up and they were able to get my tires road forced and its the best its ran since I've owned it. They also found a screw in the tire I had no clue about and fixed it right up. GREAT JOB to all there. I will tell everyone about yall!!!!!!!!”

“Set of new tires, balance and re alignment all at a good price. Told them to order new lugs because I was previously advised they needed to be replaced by another individual. Told them to just replace them, but they checked and told me that they were fine and no need to replace them. Appreciate the honesty and care they provide. Been coming to Hogans for almost 20 years.”

“I had some work done on a 1984 MBenz 300D back in August. These guys were the most knowledgeable mechanics I've met so far for German Autobahn touring machines. Specifically I had a conversation about part changes for the W123 chassis and W124 chassis Benzs which was eerily similar to speaking with a now retired Austrian Mercedes Benz trained mechanic I met decades ago. Sees will do the job right, to spec, and thoroughly.”

“This place is phenomenal! Customer service is a 10+. My car broke down on the highway and I had it towed to their garage. They not only fixed it but I was able to leave it on their lot for 2 weeks until I was able to get it (I live in North Carolina) . I had contacted a car carrier broker and they sent someone to pick it up. Ridgeway Auto Center protected my vehicle and refused to let them take it because of all the red flags that the driver was sending up. For that I am very thankful. Thank you Ridgeway Auto for everything you did, and a special thank you to Adam and Charlie and any mechanics that fixed my car. All of you provided the best customer service and services that I have seen in many years. If I lived in the Winchester area you would definitely be my choice for a garage.”

“I went to Bingo because I had a tire that kept going flat. I was only there for a total of maybe 10-15 minutes at most. As soon as I got there, the man had me pull up front. He jacked up the car with me in it, popped the tire off, showed me the nail in it, patched it, and put the tire right back on. I had so much to do today and I was afraid this would be a lengthy ordeal, but it was the easiest part of my day!”

“After shopping at day's end on a Sunday, left rear dead flat. They were able to slide me in before closing although unable to plug due to the size of whatever it was that got deep into the tire. Brandon was top flight.
Drove back to campground on donut spare and leaky front right with an 1815 Monday appointment for four new tires ... (front pair were original with 41.5k). Got a call that they could move me up to 1730 so I got there right on time.
Only four stars because the car finally started getting serviced at 1827, 12 minutes after the *original* appointment time.”

Took my truck there which had a fuel line or hose that was broken and leaking. Got the repair fixed in the same day. I called before I went there and they offered to send out a service truck but I just drove there since it was just an exit away from the Clorox plant I was picking up from. The owner sent me a text so I could show him the exact problem so he can start searching for part # and part while I was getting loaded and driving. I was in and out in 30min and back on the road. Didn’t have the exact part in stock at the dealer to get but they replaced the part with a similar part rated for same spec and had no issues.
The employee told me I was good to go without paying and said to just call the owner he will send me an invoice. I was driving and received the invoice OTR and paid of course. I was shocked at the respect and trust to send me out without payment first. I guess they are a good judge of character. Very good people.”

“Called these guys pretty upset after being treated horribly elsewhere and I will never regret it! Not only was I treated with respect and empathy over the phone, they were also able to schedule me a week out. I advised him of the noises coming from what I thought was the front driver's side wheel bearings of my class C RV and that I was worried one broke but I was parked and secure. He advised me up front of the different possibilities of time frames based on possible issues and of his hourly rate. Appointment day came and him and his guys were just as respectful and courteous in person. Turns out the inner back wheelwas flat and rubbing on its outer wheel. One hour later and a replacement tire and I've been fine ever since. As a single widow with PTSD it is absolutely imperative I feel safe, comfortable and not taken advantage of and these guys checked all boxes. Definitely using them for all future needs and would highly recommend. 10 stars.Service: Tires”
