“Terrific 5 star service! This morning, I had a screw in one my tires and needed a patch. I called and was told to come up and let them inspect the tire. They were able to fix it in about 20 minutes and I was in my way. The manager Paul was very courteous and professional, as was my technician Ethan who did a rapid and flawless tire repair.
I have always had VIP service at this NTB which is why when I need anything tire related, they are my first and only call.

I had an incredible experience with this tire service company that I will never forget. I was traveling from South Carolina to Pennsylvania when I ran into a serious issue with my front tires. I pulled in hoping for a miracle—but the shop was already closed for the day.
To my surprise and absolute gratitude, they actually reopened the shop just for me. They saw I was in a tough situation and didn’t hesitate to help. Within 15 minutes, they had both of my front tires changed and had me safely back on the road. Their speed, professionalism, and genuine kindness blew me away.
On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the fact that they stayed late just to take care of me. These are the kind of people you hope to meet when you’re far from home and in a bind—honest, hardworking, and truly compassionate.

“These guys are freaking AWESOME!!!!! I've known Royce for some time now and now that he's the manager there you can definitely see a turn around with this store. I've been skeptical of them in the past because of their forgetfulness but now Royce is making that store better. I've used them now with our business for VA tractor but also my personal vehicle too. I have a long trip coming up and they were able to get my tires road forced and its the best its ran since I've owned it. They also found a screw in the tire I had no clue about and fixed it right up. GREAT JOB to all there. I will tell everyone about yall!!!!!!!!”
“Set of new tires, balance and re alignment all at a good price. Told them to order new lugs because I was previously advised they needed to be replaced by another individual. Told them to just replace them, but they checked and told me that they were fine and no need to replace them. Appreciate the honesty and care they provide. Been coming to Hogans for almost 20 years.”

We had ordered upper controller arms to be replaced. When they went to perform the work the lower arms and the sway bar also needed replacing and there were rusted bolts that hampered this. They ordered and got the remainder of the parts in and completed the repairs the same day.
They were very receptive and kept us informed.
We will definitely be back for other services.”

“I had called the day before and Brian informed me they could install my new tires that Walmart couldn't do for lack of knowledge. Brian and his team worked me in to accomplish the job before sunday...father's day. Brian was super helpful and knowledgeable. It took a long period of time only because he worked me in between appointments. We shared some stories as we are both long time Winchester people. I think I messed his day up some but he kept everyone in great spirits. Glad I went to Mr. Tire on pleasant valley in winchester va.”
“I had some work done on a 1984 MBenz 300D back in August. These guys were the most knowledgeable mechanics I've met so far for German Autobahn touring machines. Specifically I had a conversation about part changes for the W123 chassis and W124 chassis Benzs which was eerily similar to speaking with a now retired Austrian Mercedes Benz trained mechanic I met decades ago. Sees will do the job right, to spec, and thoroughly.”

“This place is phenomenal! Customer service is a 10+. My car broke down on the highway and I had it towed to their garage. They not only fixed it but I was able to leave it on their lot for 2 weeks until I was able to get it (I live in North Carolina) . I had contacted a car carrier broker and they sent someone to pick it up. Ridgeway Auto Center protected my vehicle and refused to let them take it because of all the red flags that the driver was sending up. For that I am very thankful. Thank you Ridgeway Auto for everything you did, and a special thank you to Adam and Charlie and any mechanics that fixed my car. All of you provided the best customer service and services that I have seen in many years. If I lived in the Winchester area you would definitely be my choice for a garage.”

“Great experience , I got a flat tire on 81 about 10 min before they closed I called to see what them they closed and the owner Khan told me it didn’t matter he would wait for me, when I got there I was greeted by him and a gentleman named Willie who got me in and out almost instantly. They got me a reasonable priced new tire and back on the road in no time. They were super sweet and went above and beyond staying open for me, I can now safely commute to my job tomorrow. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!”
