“I stopped in on thursday on my way home from pennsylvania, going to north carolina. Next thing, my tire pressure was down. I was in a panic and pulled in to this station. Turns out, I ran over a big piece of metal. The two gentlemen, we're so nice and efficient.I don't even know what to say!!!!! I had my three teenage girls with me, and we had three hours left to go home. They showed me what was wrong with the tire. He talked to my husband on the phone, and they had me in and out and fifteen minutes and back on the road. Although it was 57 dollars for a patch it was still worth it to me. And it got me home and still holding, losing no tire pressure. These guys could not have been any more nicer. And I had to force them to take a four dollar tip, because it's all the cash I had on me.”

“Just want to thank KC Automotive for helping me last week. I had been to another gas station but the air pump malfunctioned. I went to KC Automotive looking for an air pump. I didn't see a public air pump but the mechanic asked me if I needed air in my tires. I said yes and he told me to pull up to the garage bay and he checked all of my tires for me and put air in them. I was grateful and will keep KC in mind when I need automotive service.”

“I had the best experience at Briar Oaks Exxon when the check engine light came on right near a gas station. I was so nervous being out of state and not familiar with this particular service station or it’s reputation. The Service Manager (Stan Bailey) took control and made my experience a pleasant one. He had the car diagnosed and explained in detail what his recommendations were. I feel so lucky to have had my car break down where it did. “My husband and I came here this evening around 7pm to fill up my back driver's side tire with air. We suspected a leak and spoke with a gentleman who was working in the inspection bay. He took a look at it and it had 2 nails in it! He plugged them both and noted that the cost would be $54.00. He absolutely did not have to do this as it was likely the very end of his day, but he was kind enough to do this for us, which we so appreciate. He noted that the plugs would be good to drive on for the life of the tire. While I didn't get his name, he was a blonde haired gentleman and both he and the gentleman at the front desk were very kind and helpful to us. We really appreciate the excellent service we received. Thank you so much.”
“Been coming here for oil changes and state inspections for many years. Prices for services outside of inspections are what you'd expect. But when it comes to car mechanics, can't put a price on honesty. Very trustworthy people working here. Most of the low star reviews is based on waiting times, which is kind of out of their control.”
“Being a member of Costco, I always forget about the discounted gas station that comes with the membership. I think that the locations are kind of far and that I use them when I’m close to one. I was in the area of Potomac Mills Mall, and I was like there’s a Costco gas station there. I made a beeline for it. The area is always clean, and the pumps are always serviceable. After waiting my turn in line, I went to the gas pump. The best way to get your membership authorization QR Code is by using the Costco app. It made getting gas SO much easier, faster and without bother the gas station attendant. The gas prices were approximately $0.30-0.25 cheaper than the gas stations around my house. I was SO glad that I could use my gas station benefits, and will continue to be a member of Costco. Total rating this experience 10/10, thanks.”

I was recommended by my neighbor and went for safety and emission and I was briefed professionally, they even took me to show my problems and advised the issue, the inspector is professional and well organized, place is also clean ! If you want your vehicle be inspected so you will be safe on the road ? Not asking for “sticker” ? Well i advise you go here ! If you want sticker then this place is not yours ! They are simply as honest as any one could be ! Will see you soon back thank you.”
“Affordable gas station. Stay busy. I'm always getting my gas from there. But they need to fix their pot holes. When fixing them, let it dry, not aloud cars, to go through so the pot hole won't keep coming back. Someone will get a flat tire.”
“This station always has consistently high ethanol content in their E85 fuel during peak season. Spoke with the owner, he’s a car guy and apparently he had the first e85 station in nova. Super chill dude, would def come back again”

I am always suspect of auto repair places because it is really hard to tell if someone is feeding you a line in order for you to spend more money. Yes it is very thorough inspection and it takes time, I don't mind it because it is for my family safety. Customers get upset if thats the case find another location.”

“Never have I given five stars to a gas station...until now. Yes, they station is new and it's very clean and it has a wide range of snacks, drinks, and food inside. But the real reason for the five star rating is Chit Chaat Cafe inside. A North Indian mother makes homemade Indian food for affordable prices and the food is soooooo good. The station also has a chai station and Indian drinks like Thums Up soda and mango lassi.”

avoid: kirkland apple strudel - a chewy sugary pie , kirkland premium vanilla icecream- it has good ingredients yet overwelmingly sugary, raisin bran -if you enjoy picking out candied raisins, 9" round chocolate cake -my bro whom thrives on poptarts said it was too sweet
not hating on sugar , but it felt like eating tablespoons of it. otherwise some of the bakery items look good for the price
staff/service works hard! though it's a warehouse atmosphere. and fam loves the pizza out of the oven”
