Leslie was professional, patient, and so gentle throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and confident. She was the most amazing person and she took an interest in our family and went miles over what we would have expected from any salesperson. The ring was supposed to be a birthday present but we ordered it late and Alex made sure it got to me for my birthday. We had to adjust the fit several times and I felt guilty about coming in so much but Alex made us feel so good about it because she wanted it to fit perfectly and it does!
