I met with Don at the Jewelry Doctor and he was incredibly articulate in describing my options for appropriate sizing. Due to the daintiness of the band and diamond positioning, sizing the ring could have an impact on the overall structural integrity of the ring. Don explained my options and the potential time it could take. I was impressed beyond belief when Don called to inform me the ring was able to be sized in record time. “My husband wanted to buy me a mothers/grandmothers ring and we worked with Alex. She was the most amazing person and she took an interest in our family and went miles over what we would have expected from any salesperson. The ring was supposed to be a birthday present but we ordered it late and Alex made sure it got to me for my birthday. We had to adjust the fit several times and I felt guilty about coming in so much but Alex made us feel so good about it because she wanted it to fit perfectly and it does!
