“Took in my spicy cat today and they were FABULOUS with him! They gave me meds to calm him and he was way more chill than I’ve ever seen him, so it wasn’t the worst vet experience he’s ever had. They even got him into a purrito, which I’ve never been able to do. Attaching a pic of my handsome guy with Charlotte as a cute purruito! They are genuinely a great team and I wouldn’t consider taking my cats anywhere else in town.”

“Tracy in the deli made me the best Italian sub I've had in years! The three cheese bread was really fresh and the cheese on top was crispy. I've had a lot of HT subs on that bread, but never realized the cheese could be crispy. She was friendly, fast and a real pro! Highly recommended!”

The grocery shopping, staff always checks in with me making sure I am doing okay, the cashiers are always their, if I need help out (because I filled my cart again) or just a few pick ups. “It's a clean store, well lit and maintained with good selection. Only drawback is that they have two entrances but they close one at dusk... and they have switched back and forth over the years so you never know which door to go to. Annoying. That's why I give it 4 stars and not 5. Currently in march of 2026 it is that main Doors under the Giant sign that are used after dark. Just FYI.”

“We had been using the Costco pharmacy in Springfield but decided to drop off a prescription at the Costco in Potomac Mills since it was more convenient. When dropping off the prescription, the person who took the prescription, Theresa, noticed that the strength of the medication was higher than previously provided so she called our physician who admitted that it was a mistake and reduced the strength. Theresa went above and beyond to help us, and she did so with such a charming personality. I'm sure that we will now be using only the Potomac Mills Costco pharmacy, thanks to Theresa.”

Two individuals referred me to Vienna Rexall Drug Center when I was in need of custom compression garments. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kim who was knowledgeable, patient, and empathetic to my specialized needs and concerns. She immediately went into a proactive mode and set up an appointment for me to come in for measurements all the while keeping my schedule challenges in mind! During the appointment, her expertise, knowledge, and skill of/in compression garments were clearly evident. Kim and the vendor compression specialist (Angela) were the utmost professionals. I could not have asked for a better and more qualified team. Kim has followed up with my doctor's office and has kept me in the loop.
