“I called with a request to replace just the faceplate on a 27-year old home intercom. The intercom itself hadn't worked in years, but at least I had been able to order a new faceplate, which would be a great cosmetic improvement on the wall. David admitted they hadn't worked on those in years and the associate who did that had retired. However, he apparently felt sorry for my dilemma and offered to come to my home just to see what he could do.
Unbelievably, not only do I now have the new faceplate installed, but the entire intercom system is working again - even the doorbell ! Kudos can't express how grateful I am for David's kindness and his expertise !!”

Baker’s is the ONLY place in the Roanoke-Salem-Christiansburg area that has them and then some- I was pleasantly surprised to see the inventory online as well. Wish I wasn’t in a hurry when I stopped by, but I’ll definitely be back for RF connectors/adapters as well as batteries for Back-UPS boxes. So glad I came across this store!”
