“This team is so awesome. Friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable. I took my car there this morning. All of the rain we got last night, some water I drove through made something drop from the bottom of my car. I was panicking, cause I panic for everything. But they took my car, pulled in into the shop, took that piece out and even zipped tied another area I was worried about. Best of all, they didn’t charge me. I am so grateful. I have done my brakes, oil change, alternator changed, and a vast amount of other things. They have always been so professional and works with the most care. They are also very efficient. Getting you in and out as best they can, which is always in a timely fashion. I appreciate them greatly. Thank you guys for being awesome. Check them out guys, for all your vehicle needs. “I was traveling down I-95 last week when I drove over something unavoidable in my travel lane that turned out to cause damage to the underside of my car. I was about 3+ hours from home with another 7 hours to my destination. Since I was traveling by myself, I was dreading finding a place and quietly hoped that I would find a trustworthy and kind place to figure out what was wrong with my car. Turns out I had a leak in the bottom part of the differential. Shelley & the mechanic gave me my options & estimates, showed me what was wrong and the repairs needed. All in all, I spent almost 7 hours there and I was well taken care of -- as was my car. When all was done, the estimate was even less than expected. The next day I received a text from Shelley making sure I had arrived safely after leaving. Wonderful service and knowledgeable staff. If we lived in this area, this is where we would always bring our car for service. Thanks again to everyone at Hi-Tech Auto Repair!”

“This is the absolute beast radiator shop in the Richmond area! Friendly, great service and inexpensive. Brought my 1965 Ford radiator for repair and was expecting to have to wait a day or so. Didn’t happen, as the radiator was repaired on the spot. Within a hour or so, I was leaving the shop with a repaired radiator. I really appreciated the fast turnaround as I had to travel an hour back home. It’s been several months since the repair and my 65 Mustang hasn’t overheated, leaked or any other issue. GREAT JOB!”
