“The culprit for the slug service is the TEAM LEADER female. the manager. The territorial manager should have been replaced, terminated for not rotating the branch managers around to see the root of the inconvenience service caused by this TEAM leader. coworkers are not the problem, it shows that the TEAM leader IS NOT A TEAM WORKER. Move the Crater Rd Team Leader to The Prince George branch and watch the employee moral and service plummet and the Crater Rd branch will rise in customer service with her replacement Team Leader. return the Crater RdTeam Manager back to the teller drive thru window ...and yes the new TRUSIT transition from BB&T is ncompetent....makes me want to puke and I have!.”

He suggested I come in and ask for him. When I got there and met him he was very friendly, very professional and extremely efficient.
