“Hands down always an amazing experience. The guys in there have been there for a good while and can almost size perfectly by eye. The alterations are quicky and cost effective.”
“Went in with barely an idea of what I needed. Accidentally caught the District Manager when asking for help! She was super sweet and absolutely brilliant. Everyone is very helpful and the boot selection is great. Definitely worth stopping by!”
“I love this shoe store Aldo one time the matching shoes weren't matching at same time I was at the more cheaper ones but I just have a recommendation can we like keep the shoes together but I mean it's your store not mine so just do what you want with it that's just a recommendation”
“Aubree and Amy were very helpful and friendly. They looked at other nearby stores for a particular shoe size I was looking for. They answered all questions I had about ordering online. Thanks ladies!!!”
“I bought some clothes not too long ago but one of the employees who attended me gave me some very rude customer service she told me her name was heaven, everyone else in the store was really nice and helpful so I give the store a five star but her customer service rub me off the wrong way, over all I’m writing this down to let the manager know”
“My boyfriend toke me here cause he told me that I wear grade school shoes I though he was lying boy was he right smh, I found grade school shoes 5 1/2 for 50 bucks wow small feet”
“The sales person talked my husband into buying sneakers he doesn't need because they were on sale. They were agressive but not in a bad, combative way. He's a good sales person for sure”
“I’m a few days late writing this post but.. I first went to Midlo Hibbett and it was horrible! I mean the people were rude and short with me. And when I asked can they order the sneaker and ship to my house the female replayed we can’t do that. Some how I ended up at Colonial heights… just the welcoming I received walking in the front door made me look twice… I for sure didn’t get this at Midlo.. I asked Chyna did she have this New balance in store that was on sale she said …let me look she went to the back.. came back with bad news lol.. she didn’t have anymore. Jaz swiftly stepped in and offered to shipping to the house ! Man listen.. the level of service recieved from Jaz and Chyna will make me drive the 45 min to shop at Hibbett they have amazing customer service.. thank you ladies !”
“I've never done online pickup orders before but it was easy and the staff were very nice and professional! I love the sneaker drops and selection here, no other footwear store in the area is better ?”
“Had a very good experience in this store with my husband needing a pair of sneakers. Jerrel, the sales associate who helped us find sneakers, was very helpful and patient. He was a very pleasant young man. Unfortunately, we couldn't find sneakers that fit comfortably, but we had a good experience because of this young man.”
