“We went there to get a passport and couldn't have had a better experience! Amy was just amazing , super helpful and nice during the whole process. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews because if you come there prepared with all your information you will get in and out in under 10 minutes. We were early so we waited a little but once we got back in the room and between the time we paid it was so fast. Come on people you are getting a PASSPORT you cant show up with nothing done you need to come with it all ready to go because that’s why things get backed up.”

“Ms. Penny helped us today. She was very pleasant. I am going to say this. I know that people may have come into this place of business and acted in a nasty way or rude, etc. I know that I may look like these people that may have acted this way, but I am NOT them. I spoke to a particular person who works at this location 5 times before he even acknowledged me today. There wasn't anyone in the lobby except me and my mom and we walked in together. Once he finally acknowledged me he just looked at me. I had to say "hi" again and then when I walked up with the label my mom was finishing taping, but one lady came right behind me. He said"are you ready?" I said "yes" he said, "I don't see it". He was looking at my mom the entire time. So he made me get out of line to allow the woman to go ahead of me (who didn't look like me). The moral of the story is - maybe he is unhappy with his job, maybe he is unhappy with seeing people who look like me, maybe he is not happy that he had to work today. Either way, you are customer service, act like it, it doesn't cost anything to be nice!”

This location is very stress-free in my experience, and they usually ship your package out by the next day.”
