Staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable as i had a million questions. They were extremely helpful and made sure my concerns were met and I let feeling confident my packages were on safe, capable hands! I don't think I'll use any other carrier in the future!

I have a small business and I stop buy several times a week to drop off multiple packages. The workers are always so quick and accommodating when I come in. I drive past two post offices to go to this one because I always have issues at the other ones nearby.

dropped off a package with fragile labels all over the box. Employee throws my package into a bigger box as if they do not care or can not read the word “FRAGILE”. So what is the point in trying to protect your package if it’s going to get tossed around like a football?
