Miss Lisa was super sweet and caring! I called asking about a package that got lost and i hadn’t gotten any update about and I had to make a case. She got back to me less than 30 minutes later and located my package and she was very nice about it! Miss Lisa is great!

My package was delivered to the wrong address as we do not have a front desk, reception area, or mailroom. It and the other packages were marked delivered an hour and a half before they were actually delivered as shown in the pictures. And of course USPS makes it super difficult to report a claim.
