“The staff I spoke with was very nice and respectful. This was my first time doing a 20k-mile maintenance as a new car owner, and I chose this shop because it’s close to my home and very convenient.
They were transparent about the services and pricing, which I appreciated. Since I don’t have much experience with car maintenance yet, I preferred to have a professional handle it.
Afterward, I did more research and learned that some of the services (like the cabin air filter and basic maintenance) can be done more affordably on your own. Overall, I had a good experience, but the cost felt a bit high for what was done, which is why I’m giving 4 stars.”
