“THEE perfect pit stop. There was a tall slender brown headed young man that greeted us when we walked in and told us goodbye when we were walking out. I myself, work in customer service (everyone hates that line) but this young man impressed me very much. The establishment was clean, bathrooms were clean, wide variety of deli products. You can use grub hub to deliver to you. We didn't get a sandwich, but they had a huge variety and they all looked good. I wish on all our travels, which are a lot, we had a Goose Creek everywhere that we went.”

“I had a small payment issue at the fuel station where I wasn't correctly refunded after a prepayment. Teresa in customer service was polite and helpful and referred me to the assistant manager, Hasona. Hasona took the time to listen to my issue and she helped resolve the issue in a timely fashion. This is a great example of the commitment to customer service that Martin's is known for. Thank you Teresa and Hasona for treating me with kindness and respect, and helping resolve the problem.”

“Early morning or any other time for that matter they are there 24-7. The employees have been helpful to me and they keep stock fresh and rotating. They have the convenience you would expect and the staff is usually very pleasant even at 1 in the morning. “Just getting back from our cross country road trip and stopped here before our last stretch home to Norfolk.Out of all of the gas stations we have been in this was top 5 of one of the cleanest, best stocked and well kept ! The floors were newly cleaned and the bathrooms smelled and looked so clean !!!Wanted to leave a review because it had a lower rating than it deserves for sure ??(Also bc one of the gas stations we went to in the Midwest was so great and I forgot to leave a review, so I didn’t want to forget to leave this before I forgot !!)Friendly staff and great convenience food/drinks to choose from.”

“Muy uncle Dave Mayo used to own and run this store until he sold it to the present owners. The couple who own it now isn't like some of the foreigners that own stores around here. They are always very friendly and always greet you when you come into there store. Some people didn't like it that from the section of the world they come from. Great management team and caring customer service..............................I went in this store to handle a money issue. Unknown to me I gave the man an extra $50 bill. He asked me a couple times what amount I was doing. I told him. He then in front of me, counted out the money and gave me $50 back. “Giving my same review from the market:I've heard a bit about the fried chicken here and since I was driving through, we stopped for lunch. I'll explain my 4-star a bit. For a gas station without much around, it was a good meal at a reasonable price. I went with the 3-piece dinner, which gets you a thigh, wing, drumstick, and two sides. There were a few options and I went with scalloped potatoes and onion rings... Oh, and a dinner roll. For $9.99 it felt pretty reasonable. Chicken and sides were warm. Chicken was crispy, good seasoning, but not complex flavor. Onion rings are real onion rings (not minced) and batter fried. Scalloped potatoes were better than expected and they were a decent portion.In the end, it was good fried chicken from a gas station, though I don't think I'd go out of the way for it. Driving past at meal time and it's a reasonable option that won't break the bank.”

“Great store. Really like all the foods they make for lunch and breast daily. The staff are incredibly friendly and the place and neat and clean. The price for the cooked foods aren’t terribly bad, usually around $8 or so. They make burgers, hotdogs with or without chili and cheese, BLT’s, pasta salads (2-ways), deviled eggs, salads, bacon egg sandwich or croissant or biscuit, sausage and egg, chip beef and gravy, sausage gravy and potatoes! Great place!”
