Teresa in customer service was polite and helpful and referred me to the assistant manager, Hasona. Hasona took the time to listen to my issue and she helped resolve the issue in a timely fashion. “Early morning or any other time for that matter they are there 24-7. The employees have been helpful to me and they keep stock fresh and rotating. They have the convenience you would expect and the staff is usually very pleasant even at 1 in the morning. The owner is great to talk with and puts in the hard work needed to keep the store working well. The gas prices stay competitive as well. I will be back.”

“Wilco is okay they sell foods and food items. Bread, milk, lettuce?, fruits, and mashed potato, what more can i say? They are good at marketing to customers the items and they are also good at selling the items on their shelves that hold the food for people to choose what they want to buy based on cravings built on the foundation of marketing. “Muy uncle Dave Mayo used to own and run this store until he sold it to the present owners. The couple who own it now isn't like some of the foreigners that own stores around here. They are always very friendly and always greet you when you come into there store. Some people didn't like it that from the section of the world they come from. Hey they are Americans that are living there life and maybe there dream.”

“Added comment at the end...In this world of imperfect human's, its refreshing to know that people still listen and care what you think. Great management team and caring customer service..............................I went in this store to handle a money issue. Unknown to me I gave the man an extra $50 bill. He asked me a couple times what amount I was doing. I told him. He then in front of me, counted out the money and gave me $50 back. I would have never known, but his honesty is a warm welcomed change in this sometimes cold world we live in. Thanks”

“Former owners of Basic City Luncheonette Butch & Shelly bring your own butter if that's your preference Tenderloin gravy needs NO more salt. Coffee is strong and flavorful NOT someplace I'd bring a child. Too much ... adult paraphernalia for lack of a better term. Food is really good. Will eat there again for sure. Very attentive staff.”

“We had a great experience last Tue on July 4th! The gas was on sale for I think $1.77 per gallon. The girl who helped us was very nice! She was friendly and helpful despite the long lines of cars to get cheap gas. The store inside and out was very clean as well. We would definitely recommend this location!”

“The staff here are always helpful and kind enough to greet ya even at 6:30AM. I appreciate the business they offer but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE clean you're oven or whatever you use to heat up your pizza. The slice I ate this morning was so smokey it gave me awful smoke burps and a taste in my mouth for the rest of the morning and day. I know it's gas station pizza but tell your boss to get in there and give it a good scrub.”

Despite it being late into a national holiday, I got excellent service from both Heather at the Pharmacy and Marilyn on the floor. Was greeted warmly as I entered and was impressed with the genuine helpfulness of Marilyn. Sometimes all it takes is good people to turn a place around.”

“My family has the most incredible experience getting our flu shots here last week. They had walk in appointments available, which was great but the pharmacist who gave the shots…I mean. He was nice, great with my 5 year old and it was seriously the least painful shot I’ve ever gotten. My son, who usually screams for about 3-5 mins during/after a shot, didn’t make a peep. Will go here for every shot I need in the future. Thank you!”

“I made an appointment for my COVID-19 booster shot the day of through CVS’s website and was given the vaccine 30 minutes before my scheduled time as I got to the pharmacy early. There was only one pharmacist working, Elizabeth, who is the pharmacy manager. CVS, if you are reading this, please give this manager an amazing recognition and a raise. I have never seen a pharmacist working ALONE work so diligently while being calm even with a long line. She also delivered spectacular and genuine customer service. I’m a pharmacist myself so I definitely understand how stressful working a shift alone can be in a retail setting. Even though I told her I can wait, she didn’t lose sight of the order of patients that were in line and I did not have to wait very long at all. The shot itself was painless and Elizabeth was very organized throughout the whole process. I would 100% refer friends and family to this CVS location and was very pleased with my first visit.”
