“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Old Dominion Animal Hospital! We brought in our guinea pig (yes, guinea pig! 🐹❤), and Dr. Jagger was absolutely incredible with her. She was so sweet, gentle, patient, and genuinely loving. You could tell immediately that she truly cares about the animals she treats. Honestly, I wish people received the same level of compassion and care that she gave our little piggie! And it wasn’t just Dr. Jagger. The entire team was amazing. From the vet techs to the front desk staff, everyone we encountered was kind, welcoming, helpful, and compassionate. They made us feel like our tiny family member mattered just as much as any other pet who walked through their doors. It is such a wonderful feeling to find a veterinary team you can completely trust with an animal you love. Dr Fersner and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and compassionate as they helped to ensure Luna's senior years are as healthy as possible. Dr Fersner also provided guidance for managing Luna's aniexty during travel and thunderstorms which has helped lesson her symptoms. “Dr Raab and Moe are the greatest. DR Raab has taken care of all of our dogs for the last 12 years. She is a down to earth Vet and friendly. She does not talk down to you, and takes the time to explain and go into detail about your pet health. She also does acupuncture on pets and it works. Our dog had back issues and would not lay down due to pain. poor thing was falling asleep standing up. The emergency vet thought it was something he ate, Doctor Raab saw we had taken him in and asked to see him, within minutes she knew what was wrong with him. After a few acupuncture treatments he was running around like new. He is 13 yrs old now and everyone thinks he is 7 years old, due to his high activity. Moe the vet assistant is great as well, they take the time with the dogs and is great with them. Princess Bella loves Moe and getting her laser Beam treatments, lolRecommend this vet Team to anyone.Greg”
