They need to replace some of their employees with people who know how to treat customers in a decent and professional way, including their store manager. Love Lowes!! I have had such great luck with the plants and flowers that I have bought from here!! They all look so beautiful and they have lived for years now. My husband buys all his Kobalt tools from here and he loves them. Never had any issues with them.

Changed the store around, sales associate did not know where things were located, and when looked up, were told the isle we were looking for, but that isle no longer existed. Went from isle 27 to isle 30, hard to get something from isle 28
