“I was looking for a specific phone and while this store did not have it in stock, the staff called me the day the desired phone arrived. Hugo in particular was extremely helpful both days. Other area Boost stores were not helpful. Many of them don't even answers calls to the store. I credit Hugo and the staff in Culpeper's helpfulness with my decision to not abandon Boost all together!”

“I never go into the brick and mortar stores, preferring to talk with representatives on the phone from India or Phillipines. I just thought I would get more convenient service that way as I drive, etc. But a recent hiccup drove me to the Culpeper store, and I was actually VERY surprised at how well they handled my fairly complicated issue which involved resurrecting an old number and two phones! I don't recall the name of our service guy, but he was fully on top of his game, and no lines. Excellent job, Culpeper!!”
