Other area Boost stores were not helpful. Many of them don't even answers calls to the store. I credit Hugo and the staff in Culpeper's helpfulness with my decision to not abandon Boost all together!”

“I had a dreaded visit to the store today due to a hacker getting into my phone. I expected to have to possibly get a new phone and number because I thought it was so bad. Doug was awesome! Helped reset the phone, backed up my photos, and even took the time to delete apps I wouldn’t want. All this and it took no time at all to set my mind at ease. Much appreciated!”
