“I am compelled to write about two superlative employees that should be recognized at the Giant at Mapledale Plaza.The first is our online shopper, Ida, who is so exceptional and always has a smile on her face. She goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. She is a main reason why my husband and I continue to shop at this store each week.The other reason is Jack, the head of the meat department. This man went above expectations for our Christmas rib roast. Having a large family, he special ordered a large roast and also cut the bones from the roast and tied them back with butcher string as I had requested. It was perfect! It was a delicious feast thanks to a very caring man who truly cares about his customers.As a business owner in PWC, I know the importance of customer service and keeping excellent employees. “Everything you need and more. Meat department was stocked full. The bakery had what I needed plus you can order a special cake for any occasion I shopped Sams club and Costco before finding out about BJs from a friend. I can say BJ s out shines both Sams and Costco with no comparison Gas prices are low. And if you purchase the Mastercard plus one card you get an additional 15 cents off a great saving on gas BJ s is my go to store”

“When I need my meds. The pharmacy keeps me informed.But finding some mild spices is tough. Either they run out or don't carry it anymore I.E. White Pepper, Corase ground garlic and onion powder.”

“I recently moved and had my doctor send my prescription to this pharmacy. I never got any notification of my refill so I called the pharmacy. They looked my information and up refilled it for me and told me when I could pick it up. I got a text notifications when it was ready. I picked it up, cost the usual amount. I had no issues”
