“I contracted with VanEck Studio to choose paint colors for my entire house. The owner came to my house during the day and then back another day in the evening to compare lighting under different conditions. She picked a palette of colors that I would never have chosen for myself, but decided that I would go with them because she is a professional. Wow! I am so amazed at the changes in my house! I'm loving every single color she has chosen. I'm attaching pictures of the guest bedroom since I just finished painted that room. “Very Good shopping experience at this Great store! Had gotten the best information from Afroza before making it in to purchase our sofa. Mohamad was So helpful, knowledgeable, & very customer service oriented and I feel good about our order we placed with him. We haven’t received our furniture yet , But he is keeping us in the loop as to when and why the date changed. Factory is taking a week off for the Holiday. “I always go there almost every Sunday when I have money to buy things. The workers there are very nice helpful and patient they are wonderful. This store is my actual number one favorite store. I love everything about it and I love how the workers treat their customers. Would 100% recommend! Also I’m Asian and can’t find the correct things I need that the lady sells there it just makes me feel have and at home there with all the Asian mostly Chinese culture status and more there! You definitely need to go there. Will go back soon again!(:”

“Went in to make a return and wound up buying a new wardrobe. Usually don't find much here but it was a pleasant surprise and the store was actually pretty neat and tidy today. Guess it pays to go mid-week.”
“There was a friendly woman at the fabric counter that helped me find what I was looking for. I encountered another employee who gave me a friendly greeting. The cashier, Imariah, needs to learn how to handle customer interactions from her co-workers. I went to check out and the cashier was nowhere to be found. She was in another section of the store. Upon noticing me, she returned to her work station. Even though she walked right past me, she did not so much as acknowledge me. She logged into the cash register and still had not acknowledged me, nor greeted me. I handed her my items and asked the price. Once she responded, I proceeded with the transaction. She did her job, but avoided any sort of customer interaction above what she felt was necessary.”
