“Julie was VERY helpful at the Potomac Mills location. I started at Telegraph with Fabiola- also helpful and let me see the units) who directed me to here. Julie stayed on the phone with me well after closing time to assure everything was in place. On the day I was finally able to see the unit, Dex was helpful in not only measuring the door size for me but providing context to see if another unit was needed for our things. He checked the inventory and gave me options. His customer service was top tier because he was very patient with my questions and concerns about my items fitting. This location is stellar! Now I’ve just got to get cracking on the emptying part, because it’s not my first rodeo I know how these prices can easily creep up. My son actually procured the storage facility for me because he also stores items at a Public Storage site as well.”

“When I visited to inquire about rental storage units for items in my garage, Singh was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was so patient and answered all of my 101 questions! ? He even showed me the stairs leading to an upstairs unit since I was worried about climbing too many stairs. In the end, I ended up renting a different unit from the facility, but I really appreciated Singh's assistance! “We have used Regency Moving and Storage LLC for four different moves: from Virginia to Tennessee, from Tennessee back to Virginia, between two locations in Virginia, and one move that included delivering part of our household to a storage facility.
Across every single move, nothing was ever damaged or broken. As a military family with more than 10 moves under our belt, that’s an incredible accomplishment. Regency is the only moving company we’ve used that hasn’t damaged any of our household belongings.
