“I visited this Extra Space Storage Saturday and it is so far the most clean establishment I have ever seen. The parking lot, office and the hallways are immaculate i've seen at an Extra Space Storage location, so inviting. Now I’ve just got to get cracking on the emptying part, because it’s not my first rodeo I know how these prices can easily creep up. My son actually procured the storage facility for me because he also stores items at a Public Storage site as well.”

“When I visited to inquire about rental storage units for items in my garage, Singh was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was so patient and answered all of my 101 questions! ? He even showed me the stairs leading to an upstairs unit since I was worried about climbing too many stairs. In the end, I ended up renting a different unit from the facility, but I really appreciated Singh's assistance! If you're looking for storage and don’t require climate control, definitely check them out! ?✨”

“The lady who runs the Hedges Run Woodbridge VA complex is AMAZING. She is such a kind hearted helpful person. Honestly her talents belong in a much higher customer relations job. Nobody likes paying so much for storing their stuff, most people think it's overpriced, but she simply has a way of making people feel good about using extra space above several closer competing companies. I cannot say enough about her! Extra Space take care of her, she makes your company look excellent! Obviously I have not used her name on purpose because this is a public review.”
“We have kept our travel trailer at Gateway Storage Center in Lorton for 3 years without incident. It is an easy place to get to, via the I-95 or, if coming from Alexandria, via the scenic route along the George Washington Parkway.
The facilities are basic but secure. A video camera at the gate records all incoming and outgoing licence plates, and a card or fob is needed to open the full-height gate. Not only private RV and car owners but also business vans and large trucks use the facility (in separate areas).
"Basic facilities" means johnny-on-the-spot toilets but they are kept clean and supplied with toilet paper. Unfortunately, it also means no water source.
We visited a number of other facilities in the greater D.C., area before deciding this one was the best choice.”

“Smooth experience overall. I forgot my locker numbers and access codes, but staff verified my ID and helped me access my unit without any issues.??
One concern: I signed up for 24-hour access, but my billing details later showed otherwise. Since the front desk closes at a certain time, this could have been a problem if I arrived before/after hours.
Also be aware that “$1 first month” promotions include added fees that bring the cost close to the regular rate, which feels misleading. ?
It’s been two months since my last visit and my belongings are still secure and in good condition, which I appreciate.?
I’m just looking forward to moving them out soon.”
