“I have to start this review by giving a huge shoutout to Chris at Dewitt Tires Chris, you rock!!! My sister and I were on our way to GA for a quick trip to surprise my grandchildren before the Easter holiday. Grandma came prepared with all the goodies and even managed to grab two of the latest Trader Joe’s Spring totes to put everything in😝 Somewhere along the way in VA, we started having car trouble and knew we needed to get it checked out ASAP. The first shop we stopped at didn’t have availability but kindly referred us to Dewitt Tires. Luckily, it was only about 5 minutes away. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of right away. Within minutes, Chris had us set up and reassured us that the issue didn’t seem major. He ran diagnostics, worked his magic, and came back to explain exactly what caused the error and what he did to fix it. And here’s the best part NO CHARGE. I tried to give him the $10 I had on me just to say thank you and told him to grab lunch or coffee, but he didn’t even want to take it ❤ When people say the South knows how to treat customers, believe it this was the perfect example. Customer service was outstanding friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The shop itself was clean, with comfortable seating inside for customers. Even the restroom was spotless and fully stocked. I actually joked with one of the guys that I was impressed a shop full of men could be that clean! His reply “we have wives” 🤣 Oh and they even sell local honey (still kicking myself for not grabbing a bottle). All in all, we had a truly pleasant experience and would absolutely recommend Dewitt Tires to anyone in need of honest, reliable service. And oh yeah they do more than just tires ….. obviously If I could give them 10 ⭐’s I would.🙏🏾”
