not hating on sugar , but it felt like eating tablespoons of it. otherwise some of the bakery items look good for the price
staff/service works hard! though it's a warehouse atmosphere. and fam loves the pizza out of the oven”

“The smaller fella running the front desk of the tire shop this evening was one of the best employees I've ever seen working anywhere. He's the John Wick of customer service. Unbelievably fast and efficient while being friendly and 100% professional, even with customers who were getting grumpy or asking silly questions.
I'm dead serious, very impressive service. Oh yeah, and my new tires are nice too ?”

“Made my first visit to Sam's Club and took out membership. Its close to Lowes as well as Walmart. Easy inside...line for member services but moved quickly as the Eye employee helped out. Walked around to become familiar. Not as large as Costco. But had items like Mucinex 600 which Costco does not have. Also picked up some winter clothes. Looked at gift cards and again unlike Costco had actual physical cards for a restaurant that you only can get online at Costco. I plan on visiting again.”

Parking: Free parking. Lots of parking on weekdays. But hectic on weekends.”
“Had a fantastic experience installing 4 tires in my tesla. They went above and beyond with the service. I even forgot my tesla key card and they could have easily sent me back asking me to bring it. But they were so nice and let me drive the car into the bay, installed the tires and let me take the car out. The 2 guys that helped me were super nice!”
“Here's the truth. This costco has great customer service. Yes, parking is horrible, so is every costco. The gas lines are going to be long, though they shouldn't. And people have a problem with respecting personal space.
One of the issues with has is idiots who are so nervous to run out of gas, fill up every day even though they are on 3/4 of a tank. I watched 2 people fill up and only pumped about $10 in a BMW X7 and a Chevy Tahoe.
People walk around the store like they are sight seeing. Stopping in the middle of a isle, backing up, completely disregarding the fact people are behind them.
People stand right up on you and invade your personal space when at the pharmacy. I've had to tell them to back up so much that cursing is needed do delivery the point.
Ultimately it's the customers that make.the costco experience bad.”

“I had Kirkland Signature hearing aids from 2018 that weren't working very well. Dawn did an amazing job of testing my hearing and adjusting my hearing aids. I can hear the blinkers in my car again and everything sounds so much better. The testing and the service are unbelievable--testing, software, and adjustments were great. I am so please with the outcome!”

“it does not get better than costco food courts. walking in, adorning that sort of unfinished gymnastics center sort of vibe. you either order face to face, or you use one of the kiosks. and the food? oh, dont get me started. the pizza is just pure, greasy goodness, and is big enough to feed a small village. the hotdogs are a classic, juicy goodness. the chicken bakes are absolute smackers, and etc. the only problem i really have is that sometimes the wait time is a tad long, but the quality more than makes up for it”

“I had the pleasure of speaking with Fausto (Service Mgr.) concerning some hard to find tires for my Porsche. Not only was he friendly and patient, but he was very knowledgable and kind. He spent several minutes explaining the difference between the tires and which was preferred for my vehicle. He's the greatest and thank you for going the extra mile for BJ's customers.
