“I like to fill my car as early as possible to avoid long lines on the pumps but even when I come midday or at the rig hour it still takes less time than any other whole sale gas pump and the price is always cheaper! I like that this station is always clean and th pumps are never out of order which makes waiting time less than usual !plz keep it up Sams”

I've visited Costco warehouses in many states across the U.S., and honestly, the food court is usually one of the most chaotic areas—long waits, confusing pickup, and people crowding around the counter.
Today at the Sterling Costco, I had a completely different experience, thanks to Chris.
He was the only employee working the front counter while two others were preparing pizzas in the back, yet he handled everything with incredible speed and organization. He moved like a spinning top, constantly in motion, but never looked overwhelmed. Every order was called in the exact order it was received, making the entire pickup process fair, smooth, and easy to follow.
I've seen other Costco food courts with three employees working the front, and they still weren't as efficient as Chris alone. His speed was easily three times faster than what I've experienced at most other locations.
Chris is a great example of professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. Costco is very fortunate to have such an exceptional employee. Thank you for making what is usually a stressful experience so pleasant!”

“Was out of town and went to a Costco in Reston area. Saturday afternoon on sunny day. Wow, extremely busy, hard to find parking despite the big lot. Inside extremely crowded, despite the store size, hard to get around with all the people. Selection of product and orices was good. Store was clean and uncluttered except for people. Checkout lines were 7-9 peoole deep, but for a busy day, not all the checkouts were open... hard to understand this. Could not find employees on the floor to answer questions. But did find one, who's answer was to check with customer service... I just wanted to know if they carried a product and where it might be. All in all good store, good prices... but avoid busy times... Simply to crowded.”

“Chris went above and beyond to help my mom while she was visiting from out of town. She had run out of her medications and didn’t have any refills left, and he stepped in without hesitation. Even though he was the only one working and clearly very busy, he took the time to personally call her doctor and make sure she got what she needed.
He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and compassion these days. We’re so grateful for his help—he truly made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!”

“Had a fantastic experience installing 4 tires in my tesla. They went above and beyond with the service. I even forgot my tesla key card and they could have easily sent me back asking me to bring it. But they were so nice and let me drive the car into the bay, installed the tires and let me take the car out. The 2 guys that helped me were super nice!”

“After seeing a lot of rough experiences in the reviews I was worried because the service seemed hit or miss, but I had a pleasant experience. I got a new set of tires for my Toyota Corolla at a reasonable price; I ordered them in person where they said it could take anywhere from 2-5 days to arrive, but the next day they called to let me know the tires had already arrived. When they called me it was very easy to set an appointment for the same day, and when I came in for my appointment they completed the service fairly quickly (only about 45 minutes). The only setback for me was that they never seem to answer the phones (I also watched them ignore the phones when I was there in person), so if you have any kind of question you’d have to go in person and wait in line because even when I let the phone ring it automatically disconnects after 3 minutes of waiting.”
