“I absolutely LOVE Torrid!! I do feel that most items are overpriced BUT they do have really good sales to where it's more affordable. The sales associates are ALWAYS very friendly and helpful. But I have to give a special shout-out to Leanna. Absolutely TOP NOTCH service and care. She truly takes care of you from beginning to end. Hangs up clothes in the fitting room as you're shopping to where they're nice and organized, exchanges any sizes you need and gives genuine feedback to any pieces of advice you may need. From here on out I will only be shopping at Torrid when she is working!! Phenomenal customer service that is really hard to find these days!! I really appreciate you Leanna, you are a GEM!!”

“I do a lot of online shopping at Macy's so if I need to make a return or pick-up an online order Macy's makes it easy to do this with the At-Your-Service Counter which is generally located right at one of the entrances - so no having to trek through the mall which is a positive!
Also, everyone always likes my bike in the parking lot.”
“Hollister is my favorite place to get clothes! They always have amazing selections and always keep up with the new trends. The Dulles Hollister has a good amount of options! My only con is that the clothes are overpriced and the sales usually aren't that great. Other then that this is my favorite selection of clothes!”

“I liked the other reviewer that said the “best bang for your buck”, they were spot on :). It’s one of those stores that you never know what you might find.Their prices are the best. One example, I got a pair of velour Spyder joggers for $9.99. Crazy. Over the years, I’ve gotten some awesome items, at great prices, of course.They have name brand clothing, backpacks, luggage, shoes, etc. They seem to have almost everything but on a much smaller scale of a big box store.No matter what town I’m in, if there’s a Ross there, I check it out.I saw a bad review about the fitting rooms. Yeah, Ross could do better. How about leave the dressing rooms open at the front of store. I feel they shouldn’t be closed for cleaning during store hours, unless there was an accident or something. Having the dressing rooms open… I’m guessing lead to more sales :). But don’t feel it’s a reason to lower my star rating if there are issues with the dressing room, because I do love this store. Hoping they see the reviews and fix the issues. Customers want to try stuff on, it’s paramount when you want to buy clothes.All in all, I’m drawn to Ross and have to stop in when I’m in this shopping center.”

“It’s weirdly narrow, but this is a very nice hot topic. It’s well stocked, well organized, has a good product mix that fits the Hot Topic customer base of Goths, Punks, nerds and Hipsters (I am at least 2 of those things) and the people who work there are always really nice. One thing I find amusing is that every time I come to this Hot Topic in particular, i see something I would’ve never expected, like My Little Pony Friendship is Magic merch in 2024 or a large plush of one of the Goth kids from South Park. This is definitely a great location worth checking out if you’re into Hot Topic.”
