“We've been coming here for years and rent several times each year. Every experience has been positive. We are always treated with respect. The owners are genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful. Their excellent customer service and commitment to their customers keep us coming back.”
“Easy pickup. Gentleman who assisted me was courteous and communicative. Quickly started the process with to the point questions. Seemed genuinely interested in my experience in the car. Would use again!”
“Rented a van for a road trip. I could tell that the staff were really busy for spring break weekend. Despite that, they were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure that I received what I asked for. Would 100% recommend”

“I want to recognize Alex for providing truly exceptional customer service. From the very beginning, Alex treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, scheduling was easy, and any changes related to my rental while my vehicle was being repaired after an accident were handled quickly and without stress.
What stood out most was that I never felt like just another customer. Alex was compassionate, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. During a time that was already stressful, it meant a great deal to know I could count on someone who was responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help.
Customer service like this is rare, and Alex is a tremendous asset to Enterprise. Thank you for turning a difficult situation into such a positive experience.”
