“From the moment we walked in, at the Dumfries Walgreens the employees treated us with genuine kindness and professionalism. They were warm, attentive, and made us as always feel truly valued as customers. When they learned it was my husband’s birthday, they kindly wished him a Happy Birthday, along with a Happy Valentine’s Day. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our visit extra special.
We have been coming to Walgreens for many years, and the excellent service is one of the reasons we continue to return. Not only is the store staff consistently friendly and helpful, but the pharmacy team is also outstanding. They are always willing to assist us with our prescriptions, answer questions, and guide us when we need help selecting over-the-counter medications.
